I'm better when I just cut out the chocolate altogether! Then i don't think about going to get any. If i don't keep any in the fridge then I don't feel the urge to go eat it!

Good lunch andy!

L: I had roast carrot, turnip and celery with chicken and veggie dip.

Then for afternoon tea I had 2 oranges and 2 cups of soymilk.

Btw, a tip for ya'll. Chocolate is good in SMALL doses. so you can have a little piece a day. it won't hurt. It will actually help by reducing "cravings" if you let yourself have a bit. You are in the store, and want to buy some choco impulsivly, and you remember, you have some waiting for you at home :noidea: Let Chocolate be a reward, not a teaser.

One time I bought one of those big Hershey bars, figuring if I ate just one square a day, it would be good. Well you know how long that lasted. I ate the whole thing within 2 days. :emot-handshake:

Wow thats a lot of will power I might have been tempted to finish it off just to 'get it out of temptations way'!

Will power???? It was supposed to last about 2 weeks! But I've eaten things "just to get it out of temptations way", too. Good excuse, eh?

High protein diet for me. I hear that 3 x a week weight resistant excercise plus a high protein diet will reduce fat and not muscle. I can't afford to lose any muscle.

I eat just one meal a day, around sunset. Been doing this for years. Height - 5'10" - weight 148, solid with no fat. I do get colder faster then every one else, but I still am able to work just as hard, if not harder, then younger people then I. I climb hard lines and still can bike farther then others I ride with. To me, the trick is not how little you eat, but what you eat and if you get any exercise.
