The is no morality in man without God. That is why Satan will be able to raise such a large army after the Millennial reign of Christ. Man wil rebel at the first opportunity they get.

I had an e-mail pen pal from Russia who does evangelism. I had taught her much about spiritual warfare. She would tell me about the corruption and evil in that nation. But it's not an atheist paradise, there's a lot of satanism, witchcraft and the occult. She mentioned to me how her parents ar every involved in the occult and she was heavily persecuted for being a christian. By her own family and by other satanists. They would threaten other christians and many would be scared.

There is no civil rights movement in Russia. That's why wicked people get away with so much. There is racism in Russia. A small minority of African immigrants live there and are often the subject of racial violence. There are street kids living there that have been beaten by police. Jews are heavily persecuted there as well.

2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 mentions of the anti-Christ, the son of perdition. Vs.10,11 mentions how many will follow the anti-Christ and God will send a strong delusion to them because they believe the lie rather than the truth. This is what your seeing today. Many are believing the lies of the anti-Christ rather than the truth of God's Word. Evil has become good, and good has become evil. They do what pleases them without regard to whether it is right or wrong. 2nd Timothy chapter 3:1-4 says how things will be in these days. THis world is indeed very wicked and immoral. Many love the devil and his carnal ways, and despise righteousness.

Conversely, Christianity grows aggressively in places like China and Asia. Worldwide estimates of those who are Christians is 2 - 3 billion - and growing. We must keep our focus on Christ and growing His Church. His Will be done ... on Earth as it is in Heaven...

I just thought it was odd that with all the hooha about atheists claiming to be moral without God, that the story of this atheist experiment never comes up. When I heard about it from that Christian program, it was more as an afterthought from the sermon. I would think Christians would throw this town up in the face of every unbeliever that claims atheists can be moral people without God. But I guess the whole town got forgotten...

Have you read about some of the Christian "utopia" experiments - Like the Shakers, etc. Those groups didn't succeed either. Utopia - the perfect society - simply does not exist - anywhere. Blessings.
