All you have to do is skim through this and find where in the Constitution you can find these rules.

Then simply cut and paste.

If those things were not present, either by word or by omission, why did we need 27 changes?

answer me this....WHY DO WE HAVE 27 AMENDMENTS (CHANGES) TO THE CONSTITUTION IF THESE THINGS WERE NOT A PROBLEM?

I have never understood why people are afraid to admit the Constitution has changed over time.

In post #40, you called for " intellectual honesty ". I will do my best to provide that, bearing in mind that I'am speaking for myself and not all citizens of these United States.

I do not consider the amendments changes. Why? Because the amendments do not change the original intent of the Constitution.

I do say that the amendments effected change, but in no way changed the Constitution. Point in fact, in my opinion, the amendments are a positive testimony to the Constitutions original intent.
