2 Street Preachers Shot to Death in Florida

I posted about this a few days ago. Just letting you know it's in the national news now.

What a mixed up world. The article about a cross being put in the pagan worship circle is called a hate crime, but this is treated as just another story. Sad, very sad.

I doubt the Lord allowed their blood to spilled in vain. Doubtless God's wisdom is watering the seed of the gospel there . . .

We may not here of the end result in this life, but I would expect there will be considerable addition to the the Kingdom because of this.

I did not see where it said they were Christians???

who knows what they were preaching ..

I will try to find the other article on this where it tells about the past problems of the ones who were shot..

there may have been another reason for the shooting...

It is horrible no matter what they were doing ... there is not excuse for this evil deed...

The two men were simply street preaching/witnessing. They did have a history of being in trouble with the law before becoming Christians, but that had been a few years ago. They had been Christians long enough to become ordained.

That article does not read like the one I saw from the posted article from that towns news.... there was no mention of christian in it..???

A cross was made from some railroad ties or something and placed at a pagan stone circle. The leader of the pagan group called it a hate crime as he perceived it as an attack on his beliefs. The problem with such accusations is that this pagan leader does not know the heart and mind of the person who did this and so he cannot possibly know the persons motives or intentions. As such the courts threw the case out but that hasn't stopped the pagan leader from making a stink.
