Law on Child Molestation

Are there any Biblical laws on having sex with a child? Just a question I've been wondering lately. I work in the legal field and know there is a government law but never knew if there was a biblical one.

I think I just answered my own question...no sex out of marriage. Duh! I feel dumb now. I guess I thought there'd me a more specific law but there isn't. It's obvious it is wrong. Terribly wrong. I was just curious. That's all. I see child molesters a lot and have a difficult time talking to them. That is my problem though. I need to have a forgiving heart with them just as I do with all sinners. For some reason though I have a hard time. To me these acts are worse than a murderer. I need to pray for a more compassionate heart.
