Even when we're out camping and it gets really cold, I still do the cold shower/bath or dip in the lake for a bubbly swim. As for antiperspirant, I can't use it at all. Good deodorant for me, and that's just an antibacterial jell of some sort. About 15 or so years ago I got really allergic to latex, and at the same time to any product with aluminum that stays on the skin or is absorbed. The same happens to me with normal aluminum based deodorant but it takes a few days to start. I have one speed stick product I can use, and it is hard to find, so I buy it whenever I find it. I especially can't sleep if I have dirty feet, even when camping..... Nothing quite like the "character" your clothing developed during that two week period in the middle of summer in a muggy climate! Can you say, "Biohazard?"
