I never had any problems with sleeping. I don't either, but back when I was a Television director I would dring at least 50 cups of coffee a day. We used the caffine to stay alert. now I'm down to one pot a day but lived with headache's for almost a year coming down from the high caffine usage. A year is a long time but coffee was probably not the only reason. Once coffee is stopped we feel much better. Once we have accepted God and Jesus unconditionaly then we sleep even better. Blessings Coffee never kept me awake, just kept me alert minded. That job has you doing some really difficult things with a video/sound boards and everything is timed to about a half second if done properly. So you have to be extremely intence to be good at it.
