If you are in love, the other person is the priority second to God. (and nothing wrong with desire in the context of God's will) Not a conclusive description... just the thoughts of a flu foggy mind at 3 am. You don't have to accept it if you dislike it. DISCLAIMER: I am not a christian. Love is when you do something and does'nt expect anything in return i.e gratitude or appraissal. But ofcourse this is only my opinion I agree with Frank, and would like to add that love does not need or expect physical contact with the beloved. Here are some examples of "love": Genesis 29:18 And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
