It's a hugely wasteful position which merely causes gas prices for all to go up and prevents people from spending their money on other things, therefore hurting the economy. Most roadworks seem to be of the type where a hole is dug and then......... Those little reflectors in the middle of the road (called cat's eyes in some places), are actually a giraffe standing in a pothole here.....sigh.
