The shadow was not a character on the screen, but only on the radio. You could hear the dire music and his footsteps coming up behind the bad guy and, the errie voices. The shadow had a way of getting to the bad guy by getting to his conscience; he would make the bad guy have heart failure or something like that. There was no real action just dire music, footsteps, the voices. Yes I remember listening to some of those old Shadow radio shows. you can still find those on youtube... We came home every day and listened to the green hornet or something like that and of course "The Lone Ranger"....

Guest shiloh357
I don't like what they have done with superman. Christopher Reeves, before he died, pleaded with the movie producers not to make Superman dark. He said that Superman is a hero of the light. There is a tendency to make the superheroes as psychotic as the people they are trying stop. Some heroes are darker, but Superman is not one of them. Superman Returns was a cheap remake of Superman the movies and in this one, it's Lois Lane's new husband who ends up being the hero.
