It's the modern day spin-doctors who have turned it into a so called religion of "peace."

Here's another sick news story:

Kuwaiti 'slit daughter's throat'

A Kuwaiti man has reportedly confessed to killing his 14-year-old daughter because he believed she was having sex.

Adnan Enezi - an employee in the Islamic Affairs ministry - had just returned from the pilgrimage to Mecca.

He allegedly bound and blindfolded his daughter, Haifa, knelt her down in front of her two brothers and sister and then cut her throat.

Forensic tests showed Haifa was still a virgin, police sources said. Mr Enezi is being questioned about the case.

Thousands of women are killed by relatives each year in the Middle East and Asia in so-called honour crimes - usually over suspected adultery, pre-marital sex or after having being raped, or marrying without family consent.

The suspect - who is also undergoing mental health tests - was separated from his wife, and has been imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for 18 months for his extremist activities, the al-Rai al-Am newspaper reported.

The daily said that after cutting Haifa's throat the first time, he swapped the knife for one with a sharper blade as she bled and screamed in front of her siblings.

Al-Qabas daily said the brothers and sister fled from the house after the murder, while their uncle took their sister to a hospital, but she had already died.

Ok, I thank you Budman for the warning about this topic, HOWEVER I honestly DO NOT believe there is a place here at Worthy for such GRAPHIC descriptions of actual events. As adults we have a fair idea of the gruesomness of satans minions, but the CHILDREN who would read this...do NOT need this in their minds. Are you trying to incite anti muslem feelings here?? We are called to LOVE one another and that includes other religions and faiths. This is a thread that anyone can read and I am horrified to think of children reading this thread.

We are also called to shine light on and expose the darkness. We do want to make this kind of information available to people, and you bring up a good point of different ways we can do that.

Bud, perhaps an alternative would be to give a brief description with a warning and then post a link to an article? Just a suggestion - I wasn't offended by your post, but that way, people can make more of a choice over what they are reading.

Yeah, that's that wonderful "religion of peace".

What horrifies me is that my children are being taught in school (their history book devotes 4 PAGES to Mohammed and Islam and only TWO SENTENCES to Jesus and Christianity) and by the mass media, that Islam is a religion of peace. It is NOT. I would rather have children AND adults know the truth than to be fed a lie that exposes them to danger.

Islam is a dangerous and wicked belief system, and the reason why we don't see more news stories like the one from New Jersey is because Islam, for now, is a minority religion in this country. Mohammed taught that when you are weak, you speak of peace, but when you are strong you give the unbelievers three choices: (1) Convert. (2) Become subservient to Muslims. (3) DIE BY THE SWORD.

I do not wish to "tolerate" a religion that teaches that.

And yet you say we should "LOVE other religions and faiths?"

May I ask you, do you truly believe that Christ is the only way to heaven? If so, then you are loving members of other religions straight into hell by your "toleration" of those religions.
