I agree with the sentiment here. If your going to post something like that there's going to be haters out there. Don't fret, stay strong in the Lord!

Perhaps much of the satanism exhibited by these performers is done for the image and publicity. It bothers me worse that they are such a bad example for people and make satinism sound like a cool thing. I don't know anything about the guy because I don't listen to much secular music. I find it depressing and it makes me angry because it promotes decadent life styles. But I do believe that a double minded person won't receive anything from God. And the artists who are Christian but are in a secular market find that the demands of touring takes a huge toll on them and the temptation for drugs and alcohol is extremely strong. So it becomes a matter of "Choose you this day who you will serve or rely on--Christ or the alcohol and drugs." To believe in Christ means to rely on Him. And "who are you glorifying by your music, your performance and your lifestyle--the enemy, yourself, or God ? "

And most performers do live in motels and in their vans. It sounds like he does OK if he can still afford the motels. They do need our prayers.

That being said, We reep what we sow. But a life wholly given to God doesn't promise all will be well. Read the book of Job. We all go through a lot of hard stuff.

If God told you to write this to him, then you have obeyed. But love is the key. It is important to convey God's love for him and to speak with compassion and without any judgement or condemnation. I think you did a fairly good job. But you may have stepped on other peoples' toes who felt convicted by what you told him. So pray for the other guy, too. And don't take it personally when you get backlash. Expect it. Our pastors have said that they get attacked every Sunday, both before the service and afterwards. So don't let it discourage you. Just don't give too much attention to the enemy but always point to the unmerited mercy and love of God for all, but especially for His children.

I spend as little time as possible speaking about the enemy because someone pointed out that he receives attention as worship. Whether that is true or not, we are repeatedly told to look at Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. We are told to keep our eyes on the prize. Peter was able to walk on water as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus. So I try to stay focused on the kingdom of God and His righteousness.

Blessings Sasha,,,,,

I am pretty sure it is okay with most everyone here, what you said in your FB post(or so it seems) but I cannot say too much because it was way too long for me,& please don't take this the wrong way but I believe it would be way too long for this "Scott" fellow too...............when people are under the influence & in an altered state of mind they do not have very much of an attention span(to say the least)

For me personally,I simply do not subscribe to pointing out anyones sins(or condemning) a person that is most likely living in sin condemnation already.......I believe they need to be loved, gently, they already know their sin & feel the heaviness & the guilt without me or anyone else adding to it,,,,,,,,I have heard a lot about this fellow & a lot was said by his fellow band members,I know they claim to be "born again "Christians but do we really know if they have had any kind of relationship with Jesus,,,,,do they know Him or just know "about Him"?I would want them to see Christ in me & Christ is not a condemning God,He came for the sinner................do we wash our clothes before we go to the laundrymat or do we bring with us our dirty laundry?

I say these things because I understand you had a dream & you believe "God told you" some things but I did not hear you speak of any confirmation or trying of the spirits.................I am not too sure about having a dream & quickly writing on fb the next day,,,,,,,that is b etween you & the Lord,I cannot say for sure but I  truly hope you prayed & asked for Gods Wisdom & Understanding,,,,,,,,,,Sasha, please know that I mean no offense,,,,,,,many times it is good to rebuke our brethren & reason together but I do not see it that way here because there is no interaction,it is like posting judgement because he may or may not see it and/or may or may not have the opportunity to respond,,,,,,,,,plus,I think we should go to our brothers & sisters privately first..........he was just under fire publically in my eyes ,,,,,,,so,I just don't agree with how this was done, you did ask our opinions,,,,,God Bless you & keep you

                                                                                 With love-in Christ,Kwik

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
