But I see he has been banned. Hmmm....I think he was banned twice. He registered again as Tea -, I see that name is gone as well. lol, he might be back though... Banning specific IP addresses is easy, but as most folks have dynamic IPs, one would have to ban 3 octets ( rather than all 4, or some combination of it ) which might block others.
