It is very simple and I am astounded in the ignorance...
Matt 28:19-20
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
KJV

This is a unified event one baptism, one faith, One Lord
Eph 4:5-6
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
KJV

Commissioned by The Lord Jesus Christ in dedication to God listed as Father, Son and Holy Ghost!
Seen clearly and distinctly in Their roles at Jesus' begin in ministry to the world:
Matt 3:15-17
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
KJV

You see the Son standing in the water, The Holy Spirit coming upon Him as like a dove and God The Father speaking from Heaven of His pleasure in His Son...
You cannot divide or make same ->as all Three being God (same in essence) operating in an introduction of Themselves to mankind ... There is no anything like
our God and He teaches of Himself by what He does in Scripture- thus we must describe Him as He has revealed Himself ...   Love, Steven

Is God Who Is Spirit separate from Himself Who  Spirit (?)

Can God be separate from Himself as another spirit, while being the same Spirit Himself (?)

If God is Himself The Holy Spirit? Should he not have said:

and he saw God Who Is Spirit descending like a dove (?) Instead of "...and he saw the spirit OF God descending like a dove.." (?)

The context of the whole is clear Son in Water, Spirit upon Him, Father speaking from heaven- to pervert this is to pervert
Scripture and I don't think anyone in their right mind would wish to pervert the way to God except Lucifer and demons...
Th
is is not the construction in the greek and we are told not to add or take away from the Word... thus because God 'IS' more
then what we can understand we must stay at the place of waiting (as He has written it) till we are increased and it becomes
clear to us...
This is clearly the creative aspect He has began us in... we learn and advance precept upon precept line upon line never adding
or taking away in obedience to our God...  Love, Steven

it is hard to keep patience with posters like yourself when you ignore part of the post and focus on another part in your demand of your own understanding!

in your Post you have made referance to the Baptism of Jesus.

The scripture says;                             "he went up straightway out of the water and lo the heavens open"

Here Jesus has come out of the water, immediately after his baptism. and lo the heavens open

our brother Steven said;

"You see the son standing in the water" and lo the heavens open

Next;  the scripture says;

" and he saw the spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon him"

descending like a dove; the way a dove descends and rest on to a man's head.

Steven said

"The Holy Spirit coming upon him as like a dove"

That the Holy Spirit had the form of a Dove and if you ask him, he may even tell you the color of the Dove.

He also claims tha Jonh the Baptis had said that he saw a Dove coming from heavens and nesting upon the head of Jesus, and he can give the color of the dove. Not in the scriptures .

Just a note to those reading this topic pertaining to my post:
Isa 40:28-31
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the
Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of
-his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he
increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men
shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall
mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk,
and not faint.
KJV

In all of Scripture there probably is not a more important passage of understanding that
God is able to do above all that can know or think... in that light alone we approach His
Word with the reverence of inability, in and of ourselves, to glean the understanding of God!
This, for the born of God's Salvation, causes us to turn to the Spirit of God and wait upon
Him for every precept and line in understanding this great gift of His Word to us. We know
that the moment we stand in our own ability we will fall from the prescribed truth that He
has laid down in His Word by which we know Him! If doing this right we should have places
all over where we are waiting upon The Holy Spirit to increase our relationship with God
by delivering understanding without violating other places in Scripture thus bringing into
the same unity that 'IS' in The Godhead that we ourselves are becoming one with....
John 17:18-22
18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:
that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given
them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
KJV

Next;

Next: Steven made reference to ephesians 4; 5, and 6 ;

5, one Lord one faith one Baptism.                 6, ONE  GOD who is the FATHER of  all, who is above ALL

Ephesians 1:2

Grace be unto you and peace from GOD our FATHER and from the LORD Jesus Christ

verse 3, Bless be GOD and FATHER of our LORD Jesus Christ

Steven said:

In dedication to God who is the Father and the Son and the Holy Gost:

Steven now is telling us something else: to God who is the Father,           to God who is the Son  and                  to God who is the Holy Ghost

Steven has departed from the scripture in Ephesians 1:1,2,3, and 4:5, and 6,

In the baptism of Jonh, Steven said that Jesus receive the Holy Spirit from God the Father and the voice of the Father came from heaven, he is telling us that the Father is in heaven, and that his Son Jesus as a MAN is on earth, and he can not do anything without the Holy Spirit, Steven is right to see the scriptures that way.

That if Jesus was God he could do anything a God can do, but as he was weak in his flesh as a man , he needed the power of his Father through the Holy Spirit, he needed the Holy Spirit of God,  he needed the Annoyntting of the Spirit. Without the Spirit he can not do anything.

(three give wittness one of them is the Holy Spirit....),

If he was God that time he Whould have the powers to do all things, but he did not have the powers of God.

This is the first introduction of the Heavenly Father.

This is the first indroduction of the Holy Spirit of God on Jesus only.

Declaring that Jesus is not separated from God, that they are one, that GOD was in Jesus, that Jesus had the Life of God in him, that he was born with the Life in him, that he was not the seed of any Man.

"That he was the seed of the woman"

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
