Evangelical Christians are being conditioned to turn a blind eye to Mystery Babylon, which is condemned in the strongest terms in Scripture. When the Lord addressed the seven churches in Asia, He desired the removal of all the false teachers and false apostles from those churches. If the apostle Peter were sent down to earth today, he would shut down the Vatican.I think one should be more concerned about the deception that is in their own heart, and one's own walk with the Lord. Since when is judging by only what is made public what we are called to do as followers of Christ? I think it is best for all of us to remember the words of Christ spoken to those who would stone the harlot: John 8 6They were saying this, testing Him, so that they might have grounds for accusing Him. But Jesus stooped down and with His finger wrote on the ground. 7But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." Is anyone here without sin? Edited October 4, 2015 by thereselittleflower
Guest Judas Machabeus
Do you think anything the Pope would have said to Obama regarding abortion or planned parenthood would have born any fruit.Judas,Congress was in the midst of dealing with the abomination called Planned Parenthood. Had the Pope addressed Congress and clearly and unequivocally stated "DEFUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD BECAUSE IT IS THE MURDER OF INNOCENTS" you don't think that it would have had a tremendous impact? The whole world would have taken notice, and Obama would have had to back off in order to save face. The Pope's words have much influence but he willingly chose to side with the evildoers.and this forum would be screaming foul over Obama and congress being told what to do lol

If you have a hard lesson to learn, you are going to be more receptive to a friend than a foe. Yeah, so ignored the Christians being persecuted, beheaded, crucified, drowned and burned alive because saving the polar bears would build a better relationship, than dealing with the plight of Christians who are suffering ultimately because of Obama's incoherent foreign policies. He decided to side with the reprobates and save face with the homosexual sympathizers than stand on anything that looks remotely Christian. He chose to call for us to be more friendly to the illegals and the "refugees" while ignoring the foreign Christians who are being held in detention by the Federal government. We should basically ignore Christian refugees but swing doors wide open to a Muslim invasion masquerading as a "refugee crisis." And we are supposed to surrender our nation to illegal immigrants who are sucking us dry like a bunch of leeches. The Pope's visit was nothing but a Leftist Marxist love fest and nothing more.I hope the Pope never comes back here. We can do with less of him and his socialist, Marxist agenda.
