Yes; I saw that too.  It's been verified by Fox, apparently, and that is a dirty trick to pull on Dr. Carson!  I doubt if it was Cruz himself that did that though.  It would be too risky, politically.

It is politics. They play dirty. We know that. That is why Dr. Carson being as nice as he is did not do well.

This morning on Fox News, they said Cruz got 8 delegates, Trump and Rubio 7 delegates each, if I heard right.  It's amazing that 6 Democratic Caucuses were decided by a coin flip between Hillary and Bernie.  Hillary won all six coin flips.  If I was Bernie, I'd want to look at the coins used.

lol

Great result for Rudio in Iowa, I think the third for him is better than the Second is for Donald Trump.

I would be ok with Rubio as our President :)

There was no dirty trick.  Carson's team put out a press release saying that Carson was leaving Iowa and going home vice going to NH or SC.

CNN and multiple other news organizations read the release and assumed it meant he was ending his campaign, and thus reported it this way.

It was only after they did this that the Carson camp came out and clarified that Dr Carson just going home to get a "change of clothes", because it seems that he did not plan far enough ahead to have a change of clothing with him.

Someone couldn't have sent him a change of clothes by courier or something?

It does seem a bit of a flimsy excuse.

I think I heard that yesterday's turnout was the biggest in history.

I can't vote because I am a legal permanent resident, and not yet a citizen, but Rubio would be my candidate of choice, a sensible fiscal conservative, but with strong social conservative credentials. His immigration stance might be difficult for some (though I immigrated legally I can see a lot of problems with the system and I agree that some reform of the system is needed) , and his work rate in the senate is worrisome, but I think he is the most well rounded choice.

I do not think we are going to get perfect but someone with some character and integrity would be nice.

that's not true, they did it after Carson told them he was not out of the race before they did it....  they only used that as an excuse to try and get away with it......     they lied for Carson had told them different.

Sealed with a kiss: Heidi Cruz congratulates her husband on stage at the end of his lengthy victory speech, which quoted the Psalms

Al gore did that with tipper during his run.
