So I personally am not concerned with it other than trying to figure out how I should take advantage of changing things to help our retirement. All this talk about crashing tends to drive up the price of gold and silver... a lot. So all this talk about crashing economy may be to drive up gold prices back up to 1800 dollars an ounce where they can sell what they have been buying at 1100. He was obviously not only cleared but tasked to release this information. Probably to counter the Russian defense minister saying that they hope they (Russia) won't have to use battlefield tactical nukes. And so the propaganda wars heat up in concert with the ground war...
