If you don't like Santa. If you feel in your heart that having anything Santa like at Christmas time is sinful. Then don't do it. As only you and you alone know where your heart is. And also Christians who have no issue with Santa should not poke fun at our brothers and sisters who do. As the Bible say in Romans 14:1-3 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. My advice to a new poster would be to read through some of the other post on here and get a feeling for who and what we are here. It has never been my intention to hurt anyone;s feelings with my occasional sarcastic remark. But if someone post something that is controversial. They are going to get strong responds. It is also one thing to ask a question and another thing to tell people what they should think and be doing. I know for myself I don't like someone telling me I shouldn't be singing Jingle Bells or having a Christmas tree. Maybe, but so far the only person who has openly taken offense, isn't even the person it was directed at. It's a Christmas thread in July...its a funny time to post such a thing....one can't post like that and not expect a few hecklers. It would be like posting a anti Halloween thread during Easter.... For the record lionofjudah, if you found my joking around offensive in any way I apologize, I just found the timing funny and cracked a joke-it was only meant as a joke.
