What is it going to take to get us to apprehend God's purpose for our life?

Getting Out Of The Boat

What is it going to take to get us to apprehend God's purpose for our life?

Matthew 14:28 - "And Peter answered him, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water." He said, "Come." So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus."

Our spirit man does not need to have everything figured out. Faith is the substance that gets us out of the boat.

Be encouraged to seek God on how to get out of your boat. Because once we do all that we know to do in response to God's promise, the Lord comes through for us. God has given us promises. Some have time slots of fulfillment, and others are without time frames just waiting for our response.

Hebrews 11:6 - "No man can please God without Faith." (TEV)
Without faith it is impossible to please God. We are not allowed to simply wait for something to happen.

God's purpose for every Christian is clearly spelled out in Scripture (Acts 1:8).

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

I know you can't get wet if you don't get out of the boat.

He is working in us, both to will and to do His good pleasure (see Philippians 2:13). In Luke 12:32 the Father's good pleasure is to give us the power of His Kingdom. These are decisive days of destiny. God is calling each of us to arise and take hold of our CALLING in Christ Jesus to advance in His PURPOSE for our life.
Yield yourself anew and afresh to God's Holy Spirit, be filled with power and purpose, and determine to make the most of these days of transition from glory to glory. Live to hear HIM say, "Well done good and faithful servant!"
