Your taxes pay for the slaughter of people you'll never see. People you don't know. People you have no business in concerning their life. Your tax dollars pay for the law that can be invoked by state order to sterilize or abort a citizen under cause. That's the natural hygiene act that is in place in virtually every state. Your taxes pay for the junkie that shoots smack in their eyelids because they've blown every vein in their appendages and between their toes for satisfying the craving of the poppy. Because that person is diagnosed disabled due to their drug addiction. And if they happen to get pregnant and remain high for 9 months, you'll pay for all that comes after too. Including if she aborts. Meanwhile, your tax dollars pay foreign countries who's poor are starving to death and have in the time it took you to read this far! Those tax dollars go first to the corrupt government. While people deprived of health care more and more are so because abortion in disease filled malnutrition suffering communities is becoming less and less a healthy medical facility choice. Because in order for monies to enter into those countries from this government abortion must be illegal! Even the mention of the word abortion will stop the flow of funds. Meaning a woman who is skin and bones and pregnant and will die if she remains so shall die. Because in the most poor of nations your tax dollars pay for the murder through starvation of countless strangers. Pity that. Introducing a negative version of reality is not an excuse for paying for abortion. It is a reason to pull the government away from helping others hurt themselves so that the bureaucracy can feel justified in draining everyone else. I don't say that in a negative way for it am not really against your healthcare.

But still I'll take our socialized health care system over any other system (where I would have to be worrying over how I am going to pay just for a simple doc's visit) any day

Donald Trump is going to be clued in to the game soon enough I'm sure. Quote For the New York Times, correspondent Maggie Haberman wrote that the White House “proposed preserving federal payments” to Planned Parenthood if it stopped abortions. However, she added, “The proposal, which was never made formally, has been rejected" by Planned Parenthood officials. According to Planned Parenthood’s most recently published annual report, the organization performed 323,999 abortions and received $553.7 million in “government health services grants and reimbursements” for the year 2014 – 2015. While the Hyde Amendment, a legislative provision approved annually by Congress, bars federal funding (aka taxpayer funding) for abortion except in cases of rape, incest or to save the life of the mother, pro-life leaders argue that the government money is fungible. But the networks won’t tell viewers that. Nets Spin Trump's Planned Parenthood Ultimatum By Katie Yoder | March 7, 2017 That "money is fungible" looks like a typo doesn't it? Nope, it's a link. http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/culture/katie-yoder/2016/09/13/sen-lankford-media-say-lets-just-kill-zika-babies

I agree that planned parenthood should be funded if it does not perform abortions. I don't know what you understanding of planned parenthood is. PP does a lot of good and is a major source of health care for women. I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but... Every statistic I've seen shows 95% of PP business is abortion related.
