A friend of mine has a sweet 52 t bird. Her parents we antique collectors. Baby blue with the moon window. The speeds. First second and reverse stick. Now that was a fun car to drive around in in a Friday night!

Torino it is. Close comparisons between that model year and Camaro.

Definitely a 71 Torino -more than likely has a 460 with that shaker style hood. It as the Pontiac LeMans had similar body styles with the Chevelle of that period. If you were to set it next to a Camaro it would be considerably larger. 70-1/2 Camaros and up totally changed body styles.

Thanks all, convinced on the '71 Torino. Will now let the thread disappear into the background noise.

oh, and yeah Teditis, the VW kits cars were popular, some did not stay VWs though, this is mine:
