Forgive me, did you not say this in this thread just recently? I'm just hoping to understand.

Hi Spock

I cannot see any lawsuit against the Airlines....'his battle is not with them & I'm pretty sure it will be dismissed ,no one from the Airline had anything to do with his injury     just trying t7o look at the facts

they are making a huge mistake if they settle with this guy.....   people will be disruptive about anything they don't like...  some people will get disruptive just to try and get money out of it...

I don't know how much you guys fly, but this is not something to just let this guy go.

Danger noodle.... No, im saying thats how united would see it.... If they want to go that route..... And it looks like they may already been passing the buck..... Am i that difficult to follow? Maybe, must be tgat ny thing

I said i was just trying ti look at the facts and considering how a court of law may see it, persuadrc by very sharp attorneys...,, i also said...., it doesnt matter to me.... I really dont have sn opinion except that its all about money.....

Im pretty surec these people are all of the world,,,,,,if it were me , i would do as i was told., plain and simple so nobody would have dragged me anywhere.  Ive been hurt a few times here & thete and i dont sue anyone either,,,, an apology would suffice

United Airlines did a horrible job of handling this incident.

What should they have done....  kicked someone else off the plane.  Don't you guys understand "no, I'm not getting off the plane."

Has it been suggested yet that United should of found another means to transport their workers instead of forcing paying customers off the plane?  From what I have heard on the news, that is the reason why they needed the four seats, for other airline employees.

Tell me, what part of United Airlines fault in overbooking becomes the paid passengers seated by United check-in fault ? And thus, worthy of their being beaten unconscious when they state in a full plane of options to disembark, that paid seated by United passenger being a doctor who's priority is his patients awaiting him at the arrival city is the only one the United airlines could have asked to disembark?
