I agree, our testimony is majorly important, "And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, he who accuses them day and night before our God. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." (Revelation 12:10-11).

"And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." (1 John 5:11). Our testimony is Christ's testimony, how we received the Gospel specifically. It has power because it is like how the Apostle Paul had testimony, he was on his way to Damascus to destroy Christians and en route he saw Jesus in a Light and became a Christian.
