America has been threatened by the Islamic State. ISIS. Domestic terror acts by their operatives on domestic soil are evidence they and their operatives are here. A woman in Oklahoma was decapitated by a Muslim terrorist while at work. He attempted to decapitate a female coworker after and was shot by the off duty officer who was also the company CEO. He lived. Domestic terrorists serving the Islamic State are a clear and present danger in America. Incitement under Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project, is illegal. Holding up the head of our President, bloody and ripped , is considered incitement. Displaying the results of a murderous assault on Donald Trump, decapitated is an act, a display, in a manner demonstrated by ISIS terrorists in the homeland and abroad. And that is illegal. That is incitement. Burning a picture isn't the same thing. Holding up a representation of Donald Trump dead , bloody, decapitated, is sending the message that is how he should be.
