Referring to grafting into the olive tree: "22Take notice, therefore, of the kindness and severity of God: severity to those who fell, but kindness to you, if you continue in His kindness. Otherwise you also will be cut off."

So it's possible to lose salvation...if you stop believing and/or boast in being graphed.

We are sevants to whom we obey,  whether the flesh which is death or the spirit which is life.   aka, JESUS said Now go and sin no more.

We are servants to whom we obey.  we truly are.   whether of sin unto death or of obedience unto righteousness.  The true ones knew truth.  we have a bible

and I wish more would read it , instead of sitting under the so massive number of men gone wrong .   How can a person truly learn

if they sit under men who teach by carnal minds and have done for generations.    May we all return to simple bible reading daily, fore its too late for many.

Might not have been what many wanted to hear, but its better to say than not to say it .    Now be encouraged People one and all.

Christ is OUR SAVOIR and the only one who can save.   God draws us by grace to Christ , Once we come to faith , FORWARD march DAILY and die daily

Follow the SPIRIT and you WILL NOT fulfill the lusts of the flesh.  Read the bible and you will be made wise unto salvation THROUGH faith in Christ .

We have a nightmare of delusion gaining ground.   But yes,   JESUS cannot LIE .   Many hear the WORD , even rejoice , but some lust enters in and chokes it right out.

This is why we must exhort daily , lest any become hardned through the deceitfulness of sin.  again the real men knew truth .   our pastors are failing the flocks are super speed.

We truly need to read our bibles ,  if our faith is In Christ those holy scrips will be able to make us wise unto salvation and we will be able to discern the true from the false

NOW ONWARD peoples , ONWARD in the LORD .

Why do people sit under mens doctrines. WHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYY

this comes from a doctrine of once saved always saved.   They twist and say NO it means this , not that.

WE NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED to start over , its not complex.

Paul KNEW he could be cast out ,  he knew if the church did not CONTINUE IN JESUS< THE GOODNESS of GOD they would be CUT OFF

just as peter talks about the dog to the vomit , the hog to the mire.    Yall we have to unlearn what men have taught us,  I beg,  I plead,    I lay prone.

JUST read it for yourself.   everyone just read the bible for yourself.    its so simple ,  amen.

Hi, The following excerpts from books of the Bible are offered without comment for the moment.  I do suggest reading them  after prayer for comprehension of the word of God, and I suggest, if interested at all, thinking on them writing down questions and conclusions as they are read. Then I suggest  asking of God again for comprehension and reconciliation  where there may  seem to be tension or conflict between the passages that have been lifted from their context to highlight them. Perhaps some comments later after I do my own praying reading study and thinking-

And credit is given to the work of "Desiring God", John Piper. https://www.desiringgod.org/labs/five-truths-about-eternal-security

Note: I do not yet know if I agree with the conclusions of John Piper that are a major part of his presentation of these verses and passages as given within the link above, but I certainly do appreciate his scholarship, and will happily utilize his serious work to my best benefit.

James 5:19-20English Standard Version (ESV)

My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back,  let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.

1 Corinthians 15:1-2English Standard Version (ESV)

Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand,  and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.

Colossians 1:21-23English Standard Version (ESV)

And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,  if indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Matthew 10:22English Standard Version (ESV)

and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

James 5:19-20English Standard Version (ESV)

My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back, let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.

Philippians 1:6English Standard Version (ESV)

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:8-9English Standard Version (ESV)

who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9English Standard Version (ESV)

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Romans 3:28English Standard Version (ESV)

For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

Romans 8:30English Standard Version (ESV)

And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

1 Corinthians 15:1-2English Standard Version (ESV)

Hebrews 3:13-14English Standard Version (ESV)

But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.  For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.

PLUS: an addition from the Bible to the passage Romans 8:28 that was not part of John Piper's presentation

Romans 8:28-31English Standard Version (ESV)

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.  For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Reasoning from the Scriptures: Because of sin 'all created (with the exception of the angels which did not follow Lucifer)' are condemned and the universe itself is set for destruction

2 Peter 3:7 (KJV)

[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

This we know by God's Word that it will be totally burned up and gone forever... now let's say you owe this same God a debt -would you expect to gain toward that debt by manipulation of the things He 'IS' going to do this with? I mean really? How do you find value in that which has no value >.< Salvation must have an eternal source or eternity cannot be gained by it!

John Piper, a 'reformed' Calvinist, wrote the following book along with many others.  Be wary if you read Piper.

The folly of 'Christian Hedonism' (a comment on his book)

From the above discussion it is clear that Piper’s Christian Hedonism comes from the ideas of secular philosophy and not from Scripture. Having uncovered the premise of hedonism from his study of philosophy, Piper has sought to use Scripture in an effort to turn humanistic philosophy into a Christian way of life. But this is a flawed use of Scripture. Piper has succeeded in distorting the concept of the Christian sanctification.

God’s Word teaches that the chief purpose of a Christian believer is to be ‘filled with the knowledge of his will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that ye might walk worthily of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God’ (Colossians 19-10).

Being grafted in is not a metaphor for salvation.   It is referring to the Gentile believers and their participation in the covenant blessings God gave to Israel.  He is not talking about anyone losing salvation.

That is a tragic misuse of Scripture and in the case of John Piper it is irresponsible and inexcusable.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
