Heb 13:8

What you are calling grace salvation is faith in a false doctrine called OSAS, not faith in Christ.  They are not the same thing.

Thats your opinion based on your poor understanding.

You purport a false doctrine. REPENT!

You call your doctrine the finished work of the cross, while you preach salvation by faith in OSAS.  That is not faith in Christ.

Well, no. its not a doctrine to those who believe. it's the living Word inside of them

If you want to put your faith in OSAS rather than Christ, that is your problem, but that won't save anyone.

you reverse what I say. in one ear out the other.......

I am simply pointing out that what you are preaching is faith in OSAS and not God.  OSAS has become a god to many.  Then they turn around and claim they are trusting faith in Christ plus nothing, when they aren't trusting Christ at all.

and I told you that it's not a doctrine to those who believe. what is the title of this thread?

The title of the thread is misleading.  OSAS is a doctrine.  Doctrine is something that is taught.  In addition to being a false doctrine, OSAS has become an idol god to some, who put their trust in it.  Believing OSAS isn't a doctrine and an idol god to some doesn't change the truth.

Well, thankfully I depend on the finished work of the cross and not a doctrine to keep me saved

Not based on the things you posted in this thread.

What have I posted that goes against the finished work?

could you explain this verse:

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

Are you referring to his disciples that were alive before Pentecost and the seal of God, or those after Pentecost...

Luke 9:61 Still another said, “I will follow You, Lord; but first let me bid farewell to my family.”

Jhn 6:64-65 However, there are some of you who do not believe.” (For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray Him.) 65Then Jesus said, “This is why I told you that no one can come to Me unless the Father has granted it to him.”

Jhn 10:25-30 “I already told you,” Jesus replied, “but you did not believe. The works I do in My Father’s name testify on My behalf. 26But because you are not My sheep, you refuse to believe. 27My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me. 28I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them out of My hand. 29My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all. No one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30I and the Father are one.”

Everything you have said points the person reading it to the false OSAS doctrine, not Christ.  Everything centers around faith in a doctrine.

No, I point them to Christ and His finished work, not to self righteousness which non-osas is bathing in.

no, i am referring to the verse i posted.  specifically the part you are ignoring.

Right, before Jesus died and before the seal of God. What does Jhn 10:25-30 say about those who follow Him after Pentecost?

not talking about john 6 or 10 whatever verse.  just this one:

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

its just one verse at one time.  not a big list that is to difficult.

I will even give you a hint.  once saved... you can turn from God, and this verse is Jesus own words saying that.

or perhaps you have a different spin on this one verse?

"Everyone before Pentecost, or everyone for 2000 yrs...

Jhn 6:37 Everyone the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never drive away.

Jhn 6:44 "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.

Jhn 6:65 He went on to say, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them."
