How can an unsaved person speak in languages they have not learned?

Good question. I don't think this is possible.

The Holy Spirit indweled the Apostles here:

John 20:22 New Revised Standard Version, Anglicised Catholic Edition (NRSVACE)

22 When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.

Where did Jesus baptize them?

I'm assuming it was in Jerusalem, on the Day of Pentecost. Also called "The Feast of Weeks" and "The Feast of Harvest".

The gospel of the kingdom was not interrupted by the gospel of grace.  That is being taught in some mostly Baptist churches, but I can prove it is wrong.

And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.  Acts 28:30,31

This wrong teaching goes hand in hand with the false idea Jesus preached about the kingdom and Paul about the church.  It is another way of claiming portions of NT scripture don't apply to us.

Hello

Please show me what scripture says "Being water baptized is a public confession of your Salvation, and its symbolic of the old man dying, and the new man rising..."in Christ"."

1 Corinthians 1:17

Colossians 2:12

So, if you have read those, then notice this one, douge..

Acts 10:47. as this is a key..

Notice that the reason they are to be water immersed, is because they have BELIEVED.

That is the only part that matters., and in ever case where you read about water baptism in the NT, you will find they BELIEVE FIRST......that is to say, the are SAVED <> Born again FIRST, and then...........the immersion follows their salvation.

List the scholars you speak of.

Hello

I do not see the need to list scholars when all that is necessary to see the omissions in Bible translations

You made a negative claim about them.   As such you need to know what you are talking about.

"Mark 16:9-20 doesn't appear in many of the oldest ancient manuscripts.  "The last twelve verses of Mark (16:9-20) are lacking in the two earliest parchment codices, B and Aleph, in the Old Latin manuscript k,, the Sinaitic Syriac, many manuscripts of the Old Armenian version, the Adysh and Opiza manuscripts of the Old Georgian version, and a number of manuscripts of the Ethiopic version.  Clement of Alexandria, Origen, and Ammonius show no knowledge of the existence of these verses; other Church Fathers state that the section is absent from Greek copies of Mark known to them (e.g. Jerome, Epist. cxx. 3, ad hedibiam,) . . . The original form of the Eusebian sections makes no provision for numbering sections after 16:8."  https://carm.org/baptism-and-mark-1616

Many verses emphasize salvation by grace through faith without mentioning water baptism:

1. John 1:12
2. John 3:14-18, 36 (whoever)
3. John 5:24
4. John 6:29-40, 47, 69 (whoever, everyone)
5. John 11:25-26 (whoever)
6. John 12:46-50 (whoever)
7. John 16:7-9 (not believe)
8. John 17:20-22
9. John 20:31
10. Acts 2:21,33 (everyone)
11. Acts 10:43-48 (whoever, water baptism follows belief and Holy Spirit’s work of salvation)
12. Acts 13:38-39, 48 (everyone)
13. Acts 15:8-11
14. Acts 16:30-31 (answer to a direct question: What must I do to be saved?)
15. Acts 26:18
16. Romans 1:16 (everyone)
17. Romans 3:20-31 (all who believe)
18. Romans 4:1-11
19. Romans 4:23-25
20. Romans 5:1-21
21. Romans 9:30-33 (whoever)
22. Romans 10:4-13 (everyone, whoever)
23. Galatians 2:15-21, Galatians 3:1-28 (whoever, baptism secondary to faith)
24. Galatians 5:5-6
25. Ephesians 2:8-10
26. Philippians 3:4-14
27. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
28. Hebrews 4:2-3
29. 1 Peter 2:6
30. 1 John 1:5-10
31. 1 John 4:15 (God abides in whoever confesses Christ)
32. 1 John 5:1, 10-13 (whoever)

33. Other verses mention belief without water baptism: Luke 7:50; John 2:11, 23; John 4:39, 41; John 7:38-39; John 8:30-32; John 9:35-36; John 10:42; John 11:45, 48; John 12:11, 42-44; John 14:1, 12; John 20:31; Acts 14:23; Acts 20:21; Romans 15:13; Philippians 1:29; Titus 3:8. There nine instances of conversion in the book of Acts without reference to baptism: Acts 3:1-4:4, Acts 5:1-14, Acts 9:32-35, Acts 11:19-24, Acts 13:6-12, Acts 13:42-52, Acts 14:1, Acts 17:10-12, Acts 17:22-34. Did the authors miss the opportunity to mention baptism in these many passages if it is so important?

"Furthermore, the vocabulary is not consistent with Mark’s Gospel. These last verses don’t read like Mark’s. There are eighteen words here that are never used anywhere by Mark, and the structure is very different from the familiar structure of his writing. The title “Lord Jesus,” used in verse 19, is never used anywhere else by Mark. Also, the reference to signs in vv. 17-18 doesn’t appear in any of the four Gospels. In no account, post-resurrection of Jesus, is there any discussion of signs like picking up serpents, speaking with tongues, casting out demons, drinking poison, or laying hands on the sick. So, both internally and externally, this is foreign to Mark."https://www.gotquestions.org/Mark-16-9-20.html

That false claim appears in many new translations.  The fact of the matter is, only two recent discoveries leave out the last part of Mark 16.  I looked into this claim.  It is one reason I am KJV only.  Satan is using modern translations to discredit part of the established canon.

Mark 16:17-18 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
17 And the people who believe will be able to do these things as proof: They will use my name to force demons out of people. They will speak in languages they never learned. 18 If they pick up snakes or drink any poison, they will not be hurt. They will lay their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

Is the above happening today?
