Some brands vary, and are made to back down, so to get a gradual decrease of amount of the nicotine content. My friend was a rather light smoker, and found the first experience of 'patching' a little bit overwhelming. I'm glad that 99.9% of my smoking buddies have now quit. I don't believe that it is sin for me. I haven't had caffein in months but used to drink it regularly. It was no problem to stop, no withdrawal. I could have a cup today without a problem. For my son's sake I no longer drink it because it causes his heart to go into fibrillation. So it is dangerous for him. Yes I’m feeling sweaty and nervous. They may be too strong. I’m committed to quit. Everyone I know has quit also. I don’t know why I’m not doing well tho. But I may go back to drinking my Earl Gray during the winter when something hot is mighty good. Right now I have found a bottled water that I like and that has taken the place.
