The law is not lawful by its own definition of murder. At 2 1/2 months I can count his fingers and toes, see the outline of his lips, watch his heart pump, and should you try to kill him he will try to avoid your prods and knife and show pain. Abortion is not against the law, thus the action is not unlawful in the eyes of the legal system, and is thus not murder.
