Do you use the word trinity I bet you probably do. That’s not in the Bible as well. Trinity is a pagan word used by Aristotle and Plato.

Dueteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

1 John 5:7

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

The word rapture isn’t found in the Bible as well. That doesn’t stop Christians from teaching it.
Do you celebrate Easter? That’s pagan. How about Putting up a tree for Christmas thats pagan as well. All the days of the week are pagan names. Do you still use those names to specify a specific day? How about the planets? Do we call them by their pagan names?

I could go on and on but that’s not the point. The point is we justify these words by our righteousness intentions. When we use these words we are using them in a totally different context of the pagans. This is what legalism is. We are judged by our hearts and minds by the Holy Spirit according to truth and not error.
Even the name of Jesus is only a 400 year old tradition as well but you probably use that name. The letter “J” didn’t exist in the English language until the 16th century.

Check out the 1611 King James Version. There were no letter j that exited in that bible until the 1656 edition. All the Bible’s we have today was translated from that 1611 edition. 1656 edition was when they added a tail to the letter “i” which made the letter j: Notice that the letter j came from the letter “I”

Jesus say to the scribes and Pharisees, You make the word of God of no effect by your tradition. The letter J is only a 400 year old tradition.

Of course I believe in the Holy Trinity. It is not in the Bible as "trinity" but it is in there.

Question: "What does the Bible teach about the Trinity?"

Answer:
The most difficult thing about the Christian concept of the Trinity is that there is no way to perfectly and completely understand it. The Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand, let alone explain. God is infinitely greater than we are; therefore, we should not expect to be able to fully understand Him. The Bible teaches that the Father is God, that Jesus is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God. The Bible also teaches that there is only one God. Though we can understand some facts about the relationship of the different Persons of the Trinity to one another, ultimately, it is incomprehensible to the human mind. However, this does not mean the Trinity is not true or that it is not based on the teachings of the Bible.
The Trinity is one God existing in three Persons. Understand that this is not in any way suggesting three Gods. Keep in mind when studying this subject that the word “Trinity” is not found in Scripture. This is a term that is used to attempt to describe the triune God—three coexistent, co-eternal Persons who are God. Of real importance is that the concept represented by the word “Trinity” does exist in Scripture. The following is what God’s Word says about the Trinity:

1) There is one God (Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Corinthians 8:4; Galatians 3:20; 1 Timothy 2:5).

2) The Trinity consists of three Persons (Genesis 1:1, 26; 3:22; 11:7; Isaiah 6:8, 48:16, 61:1; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). In Genesis 1:1, the Hebrew plural noun "Elohim" is used. In Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7 and Isaiah 6:8, the plural pronoun for “us” is used. The word "Elohim" and the pronoun “us” are plural forms, definitely referring in the Hebrew language to more than two. While this is not an explicit argument for the Trinity, it does denote the aspect of plurality in God. The Hebrew word for "God," "Elohim," definitely allows for the Trinity.

In Isaiah 48:16 and 61:1, the Son is speaking while making reference to the Father and the Holy Spirit. Compare Isaiah 61:1 to Luke 4:14-19 to see that it is the Son speaking. Matthew 3:16-17 describes the event of Jesus’ baptism. Seen in this passage is God the Holy Spirit descending on God the Son while God the Father proclaims His pleasure in the Son. Matthew 28:19 and 2 Corinthians 13:14 are examples of three distinct Persons in the Trinity.

3) The members of the Trinity are distinguished one from another in various passages. In the Old Testament, “LORD” is distinguished from “Lord” (Genesis 19:24; Hosea 1:4). The LORD has a Son (Psalm 2:7, 12; Proverbs 30:2-4). The Spirit is distinguished from the “LORD” (Numbers 27:18) and from “God” (Psalm 51:10-12). God the Son is distinguished from God the Father (Psalm 45:6-7; Hebrews 1:8-9). In the New Testament, Jesus speaks to the Father about sending a Helper, the Holy Spirit (John 14:16-17). This shows that Jesus did not consider Himself to be the Father or the Holy Spirit. Consider also all the other times in the Gospels where Jesus speaks to the Father. Was He speaking to Himself? No. He spoke to another Person in the Trinity—the Father.

4) Each member of the Trinity is God. The Father is God (John 6:27; Romans 1:7; 1 Peter 1:2). The Son is God (John 1:1, 14; Romans 9:5; Colossians 2:9; Hebrews 1:8; 1 John 5:20). The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4; 1 Corinthians 3:16).

5) There is subordination within the Trinity. Scripture shows that the Holy Spirit is subordinate to the Father and the Son, and the Son is subordinate to the Father. This is an internal relationship and does not deny the deity of any Person of the Trinity. This is simply an area which our finite minds cannot understand concerning the infinite God. Concerning the Son see Luke 22:42, John 5:36, John 20:21, and 1 John 4:14. Concerning the Holy Spirit see John 14:16, 14:26, 15:26, 16:7, and especially John 16:13-14.

6) The individual members of the Trinity have different tasks. The Father is the ultimate source or cause of the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; Revelation 4:11); divine revelation (Revelation 1:1); salvation (John 3:16-17); and Jesus’ human works (John 5:17; 14:10). The Father initiates all of these things.

The Son is the agent through whom the Father does the following works: the creation and maintenance of the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17); divine revelation (John 1:1, 16:12-15; Matthew 11:27; Revelation 1:1); and salvation (2 Corinthians 5:19; Matthew 1:21; John 4:42). The Father does all these things through the Son, who functions as His agent.

The Holy Spirit is the means by whom the Father does the following works: creation and maintenance of the universe (Genesis 1:2; Job 26:13; Psalm 104:30); divine revelation (John 16:12-15; Ephesians 3:5; 2 Peter 1:21); salvation (John 3:6; Titus 3:5; 1 Peter 1:2); and Jesus’ works (Isaiah 61:1; Acts 10:38). Thus, the Father does all these things by the power of the Holy Spirit.

There have been many attempts to develop illustrations of the Trinity. However, none of the popular illustrations are completely accurate. The egg (or apple) fails in that the shell, white, and yolk are parts of the egg, not the egg in themselves, just as the skin, flesh, and seeds of the apple are parts of it, not the apple itself. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not parts of God; each of them is God. The water illustration is somewhat better, but it still fails to adequately describe the Trinity. Liquid, vapor, and ice are forms of water. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not forms of God, each of them is God. So, while these illustrations may give us a picture of the Trinity, the picture is not entirely accurate. An infinite God cannot be fully described by a finite illustration.

The doctrine of the Trinity has been a divisive issue throughout the entire history of the Christian church. While the core aspects of the Trinity are clearly presented in God’s Word, some of the side issues are not as explicitly clear. The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God—but there is only one God. That is the biblical doctrine of the Trinity. Beyond that, the issues are, to a certain extent, debatable and non-essential. Rather than attempting to fully define the Trinity with our finite human minds, we would be better served by focusing on the fact of God’s greatness and His infinitely higher nature. “Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?” (Romans 11:33-34).

I do believe what you have written as true. I was just emphasizing it’s not the words or the vehicles used it’s where they take you that counts. Man has weaknesses in stereo tying things that were used in the wrong way and it’s hard for them to reconcile them for the good.

A good way to understand the trinity concept is through the story found in Exodus the 3rd chapter going to chapter 4 until the 7th verse. Yahweh is revealing himself and the reality of what his name is and means unto Moses.

Exodus 3:14 He reveals himself as I am that I am. It can mean that but there’s 3 other meanings as well. The original he says Ayah Asher Ayah. You must interpret what the best of the other meanings are and use it in the context of the story.

In this story we see Yahweh appearing as an Angel in the midst of the bush. It says the Lord saw so he’s appearing as Yahweh. It says God called out of the bush. So he’s revealing himself as Elohim.

He says I seen the afflictions of those of my people. He says I am come down. Jesus was there as Joshua instituting and authoring what he was going to fulfill. So that’s Jesus there.

He says he would surely be there with him as that Holy Spirit. The 4th Chapter he tells him to throw down the rod and it becomes the serpent. He told to pick up the serpent by the tail and it becomes a rod again in his hand.

Hes told to thrust his hand in his bosom, he pulls it out and it becomes leperous. He is told to thrust it again in his bosom and it becomes whole again.
So we see in this story Yahweh appears as an Angel. He appears as Yahweh which translates in scripture as Lord. Yahweh reveals himself as God which is Elohim. He reveals himself as Jesus which was Joshua (Yahshua) as having come down.

He shows himself as the Holy Spirit. He’s the rod In Moses hand. He’s sickness or disease. He’s the serpent and also he is health.
Yahweh is showing Moses who he is and what that name means because he had to have the power of the name to deliver the children out of the land of Egypt. Yahweh was showing himself as salvation because the true name of Jesus which is Yahshua means God coming as salvation which is what shua means.
God manifests himself in many different states simultaneously at once according to his purpose. His names are just manifesting what he’s doing at the time or moment.

The correct meaning of Ayah Asher Ayah according to the story is I WILL WHAT I WILL TO BE. I will to be the Angel, I will to be Yahweh, I will to be Elohim, I will to be The Holy Spirit, I will to be Yahshua, I wilI to salvation, I will  to be the rod, I will to be the serpent, I will to be sickness and I will to be health.
All these things were shown at the bush because Moses  received the Holy Spirit for his ministry to deliver Isreal out of Egypt.

Praise GOD..no we don't understand or truly know Him..how is all in all. What words can MAN even use to describe Him. I truly believe the earth is alive... soon this will all be over.. and made new!

As for the other stuff. Silly things "The word rapture isn’t found in the Bible as well. That doesn’t stop Christians from teaching it. " For me this is silly. Well if someone says "caught up" we know the Latin translation of this verse used the word rapturo. So when I hear "rapture" I know it means "caught up". Which man has been talking preaching about it 300-400 Ad ..before and after that. Didn't use RAPTURE but used "caught up". Shall we go on? So.. yeah.. its in the bible.

As for I or J.. or ja ya.. yeah no one spoke English in Christ say so.  And pagan stuff? Hmm who made everything we see? Who made the days? Yeah.. I am going with that GOD over what some man/woman did or said on earth. And Xmas and Easter. Gee it wasnt Dec 25th? Sept or so? Both.. its just well WHO .. sorry.. I can't stop thinking about Christ coming to earth. I always wonder.. since there is no TIME or SPACE in heaven.. I don't believe up there Christ died 2 thousand years ago. Always NOW! I don't think they stopped cheering. And then Christ ROSE! UP FROM THE GRAVE HE ROSE! To always be thanking praising what He did for the world. Odd we talk about this when I just watched the Passion of Christ. Don't agree with all but.. man every time I can't stop crying as they whip Him. I find my self saying stop! It just gets so personal. One turns Him in.. the other cuts off an ear.. then lies about never knowing Him. And Christ.. freely walked in to all that. Heals the mans ear that was taking Him. Hes the one that said "love your enemy"... on and on. I so want to know EVERYTHING He went through for me.

I watch that.. and.. I was on His mind. Its hard for us to grasp that. I know people that had words from God..wrote them down about a man wife and baby. He had all 3 names written down. A year later he talks to those people.. for the 1st time. The mans name.. woman's name.. and baby. How? When a year before even the parents were not even thinking about a baby. Your on His mind every moment... He always thinks about us. Never one second is He not thinking.. trying to talk to us. We get stuck on silly things. Your so special to YOUR Father.

Next time you watch that movie.. think Hes there right then.. just for  you.. we so do not know how much He loves us. I Pray I didn't offend. if so forgive me

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
