He would use all things for His glory, that's what He would do.

I think that people might spen too much time on the computer and not enough time learning the Bible.  I am guilty of it.

Yomo

No.

Yomotalking,

What Would Jesus Do? Would Jesus truly get on the net if He were in the world today and minister online as well as offline?

That answer is not one I can be sure of.

Although I will say this, the world needs God and there can be more than one form of ministry. It all depends on the view taken on it.

May God Bless You.   .  . Danielle

What Jesus Does,  is all that the Father Shows Him To Do.   Likewise the Ekklesia - True Christians.....  in person...

Personally I think G-d and Jesus Christ would use any means to get the word out. Just by talking here. We are supporting and encouraging one another. Bringing joy, comfort, and laughter to those around us. For me being here is no different, than say being in a community. Sit down and say hello. The internet, like a cell phone. Is a way to bring folks together.

In a community,  living God's Way,  there is daily opportunity to provide food and water and clothes and shelter to those traveling through or poor / sick/ homeless.....

I think Jesus would have been where people are.

He went wherever and only where ABBA YHWH sent Him, of course.   "To the lost sheep of Israel" first.

And even then,  in person,  many "where people are" rejected HIM ! The Messiah - they rejected HIM!

Same thing in many places today.    Still HIS WORD is TRUTH - whoever, anywhere, seeks HIM, and keeps seeking HIM, finds HIM.   (His Way;   not man's way(s) )

Using the message board is a great fellowship tool and to reach unbelievers. But, we also have to be careful. like other things, not to use it to the point that it replaces our normal worship and fellowship time at church and local believers. I believe it can also can be used excessive to the point that some may consider it idolatry if the message board consumes one's life and not seeking God first.

I hope I didn't offfend anyone, just stating with christian love. Just something to think about ...

Idolatry (the wide road to destruction) is much more common than the narrow road to life: truth [worshipping YHWH in Spirit and in Truth] ...

Yomo :emot-highfive:

If you mean Jesus, both, He's omnipresent. He actually is doing both right now because He lives in all Christians (Colossians 1:27) and since we abide in Him and He in us (John 20:20-23) we then are posting and He is posting because we are with Him and He with us, One (John 17:20-23, 1 Corinthians 3:16, Hebrews 3:6).

In many ways threads and internet, blogs, and so forth are part of fulfillment of these words, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (John 14:12). Obviously this was fulfilled in part by Pentecost and fact Jesus not lives in all Christians (Colossians 1:27), but the Apostle Paul had to write letters and travelled only around Arabia, Greece, Judea, Rome, and perhaps Spain. We with internet can reach all the nations with the Gospel with one click and one post (wither here, social media or blog).

WWJD?

We can not know what Jesus would do. It would be pompous for us to think we know the mind of God.

How old was TORAH when He REVIVED it speaking to the devil,  the priests in the Temples, the Apostles and teh disciples ?

Have you looked at recent threads , and found any as good as the old ones ? Found any good at all in fact ?

Is that what you have been taught ?

That's not what Jesus teaches / taught/ OT and NT.

True,  most people are never taught to DO HIS WORD,

but a few are.   YHWH is FAITHFUL.
