Nope. A Jew refers to the descendants of Judah or from the Kingdom of Judah.  The Northern 10 tribes of Israel are not considered Jews.  Abraham was not a Jew in fact most of the men of God in the bible we read about were not Jewish.

Yes, so in true reality, as you just quoted previously it is not the Flesh that makes one a true jew(Prasier of Hashem) but in the Spirit. Even tho Historically to be called a Jew(not israel) is to trace your line to the southern tribe of Judah. But this is work of mankind.

It's truly amazing about Ephraim being The Fullness of the Nations, knowing that they have mixed with so many nations, in effect making them inherited.

So when all these people out there,followers of The King Messiah, read in Torah, when Moses told the House of Israel or the children of Israel..I hope they begin to understand that is truly speaking to all of us! As we see in the Millineum we all will be keeping The Feast of Succot Haha God is so AMAZING. These are eternal decrees for Israel (us).

THIS IS all BIG STUFF. Haha

Ephesians 2 (AV)
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.**
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

** Those who do not believe Jesus (Yeshua) do not even know the Father:

John 16:27 (AV)
For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

John 16:3 (AV)
3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

1 John 2:13–14 (AV)
13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

1 John 2:23 (AV)
23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

John 5:23 (AV)
23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

John 15:23 (AV)
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

John 5:39–40 (AV)
39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

John 8:24 (AV)
24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

John 8:49 (AV)
49 Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

For man / mankind / the chosen people / the elect of the Old Testament (Old Covenant) and before... all the way to the beginning of creation

have been dealing with the preincarnate Jesus (Yeshua).  The Father (his Father the Creatror of his body see Hebrews 1:5, Hebrews 10:5, John 1:14)

is the Mystery of the Old Testament. That and God the Word becoming a man.

Also correct, of course when we take Jew to the meaning of the Word, the meaning as you probably know means Praiser of Hashem,  so in that sence all Jews are Israel and all israel is Jews.

prophet Ezekiel:
And you, O mortal, take a stick and write on it, “Of Judah and the Israelites associated with him;” and take another stick and write on it, “Of Joseph—the stick of Ephraim—and all the House of Israel associated with him.” Bring them close to each other, so that they become one stick, joined together in your hand.

can't wait for this day, which has begun!

Halleluyah thanks brother.

Yeshua Jesus did the creating (preincarnate) in the beginning by himself alone:

Isaiah 44:24 (AV)
24 Thus saith the LORD**, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

** He is the I AM

John 8:58 (AV)
58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Exodus 3:13–15 (AV)
13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?
14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

Genesis 1:1 with the fuller revelation of Scripture is to be interpreted

In the beginning God the Word created the heavens and the earth...

And Luke 3:38... Adam the son of God the Word.

This is what distinguishes Yeshua Jesus from the seed of Adam,

the Father is the Creator of his body. He is the direct Son of the Father.

Humanity is the creation of Yeshua Jesus (preincarnate).

John 1:1-3, Colossians 1:13-16. Hebrews 1:2, Isaiah 44:24.

Jesus is the Father of creation (but he is not God the Father / His Father).

And we are children of God the Father only through faith in His Son and thus we are His

children by the adoption of sons and daughters...

Romans 8:15 (AV)
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Not to belabor the point (believe what you want) the truth is still the truth even if no one believes...

Hebrews 7:5–10 (AV)
5 And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:
6 But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.
7 And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.
8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
9 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.
10 For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.

It's never wise to try to outsmart an omniscient mind.

Where do you get Jew means Praiser of Hashem?  This is not found in the bible.    The word Jew came about after the Kingdom of Solomon split and referred only to the southern Kingdom of Judah.

You have that backwards.  Yes a Jew is apart of Israel but not all Israel are Jews and only referred to those of the southern Kingdom of Judah.  Many of the OT prophets were from the Northern Israel and would have been considered a non Jew.

Genesis 25:39 the name Judah means praise which his mother aimed directly at the LORD.

And are we going to ignore the fact that the tent of Judah has long since historically spread over all the tribes of Israel?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
