Romans 8:37 (NKJV)
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Romans 5:17 (NASB)
...................................will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

“More than conquerors...............................reign in life”

These words; more than conquerors and reign in life, are meant to encourage...But more than that they are meant to be known and experienced in life...They are meant to be a present reality in the believers life... They are to be tasted and known an experienced in an ever increasing degree...

Not that the believer doesn’t go through some hard things, some even to the point of breaking.....

As hard as it is to go through these, these are the ones that cause the most growth... As hard as they are to go through, they are the most necessary ones... For they do indeed cause a breaking; a choice; the believer can trust themselves to God in the hard thing;  the faith of their heart can turn to God or they can let their eyes get off of Christ unto the circumstances whereby doubts will creep in..For God has promised to make a way out and that way is always through the faith of the heart turned towards Him...

For this is how a believer becomes more than a conqueror and so that believer might reign in life...By the faith of the heart turned towards God......

For believing and trusting in God is more than an occasional thing, but something to be done moment by moment if one would want all God has for them... This constant faith of the heart turned towards God is the access by faith into the grace we stand...

This faith and grace many believers have known and sensed and experienced,  but to the degree it is maintained, is to the degree it can be enjoyed and lived in....Therein is the rub, the maintaining of this faith....

This is where the foundation of our salvation in Christ comes in... It is knowing of ones death in Christ as that from which one turns to God from...For dead men, need nothing, require nothing, want nothing, own nothing, for all has been given over to the death of Christ....

From this place of being dead in Christ the faith of the heart turns toward God; it is this believer that will become more than a conqueror, that believer will reign in life to the praise and glory of God...

This believer will taste and walk in newness of the overcoming life... And to the degree one maintains the faith of their heart turned towards God, will He reveal Himself... And to the revealing of Himself, will He be known as righteousness, and the manifestation of righteousness will be known and experienced by the growing of the Divine nature in the life.....

Than if it’s me, it’s sin, if it’s Christ, it’s not, will be seen and known as the truth it is...

For nothing matters but the growing of the Divine nature i.e. the new creation, or, as scripture calls it in another place, the new man...

Be blessed in the growing of such....

A fellow believer, Not me

Good words @Not me I have some supporting thoughts.

Rom 8:35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

  1. shall tribulation,
  2. or distress,
  3. or persecution,
  4. or famine,
  5. or nakedness,
  6. or peril,
  7. or sword?

Rom 8:37  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

The faithful are inseparable from Christ's love...which makes them more than conquerors.

It is in knowing, in submitting, in being obedient that in those constraints to freedom that the Christian has life and as the in says has it abundantly John 10:10.

There is no freedom in unrestrained desires.

They tell me that great victory comes out of great conflict. Anyone who wants to be more than a conqueror should also be willing to face great spiritual conflict . But we have this promise: there shall no man be able to stand before You. If God be for us who can be against us.

Blessings Worship Warriors, hope all things are Christ in you and with you...

Great victories  great conflict.... Self  is the great conflict we must overcome if we would have the great victory... Self being the same in all..

I’m of the mind that we all can have that same intimacy that Paul had with the Lord.... The callings and our particular office(s) might be different, but that close personal relationship and the knowing and knowledge about in, and with, our Savior can be the same..  For I am convinced God is absolutely no respecter of persons...He will get as close to one as that one would have and allow Him... Self being the killer of all spiritual growth in Christ...To the degree self dies Christ can be  known, tasted and experienced and expressed through a life... I’m sure you have tasted these truths also...

Be blessed as self dies and Christ grows.. For as you brought forth, we have His promise...

All my best..

God provides abundantly above and beyond all we could ever ask or think so that we know that our abundance in Glory is from Him and not of ourselves.

I love your study here.
Going up a few verses in Romans and my edits are underlines and in brackets

Romans 8:28-30 NLT
[28] And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and [they] are called according to his purpose for them. [29] For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn [supreme] among many brothers and sisters. [30] And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory.

This goes directly to what you have stated. Those that choose to love God shall be unbelievably blessed by Him to become like his Son and receive his glory.
This is truly an amazing statement, and as you have said, we are to experience Him in our lives.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
