I take it you're an old earth advocate  I wouldn't argue the point but, the earth may well be more than 6,000 years old? Do you think the evidence brought forth by Ron Wyatt and others from Mt. Arat is legitimate? If so, that's awful high up for a boat to be.

It's kind of hard to deny there was one great landmass. The pieces fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. From a catastrophic global event of the forces released from below, I see no reason Pangea couldn't have broken up and drifted to where they are now in a years time. Sitting in a big boat on the water, would one even feel a major earthquake?

I have Bishops Ushers book. He begins 6,000 years ago with Adam and Eve and he has basically nothing to say about what happened before Adam and Eve.  I have no problem with Science but you have go by Gerald Schroeder's theory that each day in genesis is half the length of the day before. So I agree with Usher and I agree with Schroeder. I do not see any conflict. One is literal and the other is symbolic. They are both numerical from their own perspective. I had a dream when I was in grade school and God showed me that the Universe was expanding. So I have no problem with what Science is telling us and I find it very interesting.
