Matthew 1:21 KJV - And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Jesus came to save his people, Israel, from their sins, not the Gentiles, not the whole world.

The whole world and the Gentiles were only to be saved through Israel:

Isaiah 49:6 KJV - And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.

Jesus said he shed his blood for many not all:

Matthew 26:28 KJV - For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Hebrews states he shed his blood for the sins of Israel:

Hebrews 9:15 KJV - And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Paul revealed all were justified by the cross:

Colossians 1:20 KJV - And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Romans 3:22 KJV - Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Romans 3:30 KJV - Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

Paul manifested the full meaning of Isaiah 49:6 for the Gentiles in the gospel of the grace of God in this dispensation:

Acts 13:47 KJV - For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.

"Jesus came to save his people, Israel, from their sins, not the Gentiles, not the whole world."

You know this is incorrect.

You probably do not understand the DEUT 32 worldview or the fact that Yeshua made/created EVERYTHING and came to set everything right again and save ALL of mankind as He said to Abraham. And Abraham was NOT an Israeli. So by saying all families will be blessed thru you, He was saying everyone on the planet - every human, will be blessed thru you Abraham (Abram at the time).

That belief system you have or that sect you belong to is often really wrong and sows discord.

Israel was to be a light to the Gentiles:

Isaiah 60:3 KJV - And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

John 4:22 KJV - Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

Israel fell in unbelief and did not yet fulfill their purpose....they will in the future:

Isaiah 2:3 KJV - And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Israel's purpose was temporarily set aside and Jesus revealed the dispensation of grace to Paul:

Romans 11:1 KJV - I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

Romans 11:12 KJV - Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

Read and understand Colossians. Israel, the Jews and 'all Israel' is just different according to the apostle. Paul's ministry to the gentiles was foretold by the prophets of old. They will be my people who were not my people. Etc.

And there followed Jesus great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from The Ten Cities,
and from Jerusalem, and from Judea, and from beyond Jordan
.   Matthew 5:1

And seeing the multitudes, Jesus went up into a mountain: and when He was seated, His disciples came to Him:
And Jesus opened His mouth and taught them saying
: ... Matthew 5:2

He went into a mountain to pray .. and He called unto Him His disciples and of them choose twelve..
and He came down with them and stood in a level place ... and a great multitude of people out of all Judea ...
and the sea of coast of Tyre and Sidon, which where come to hear Him ...
Luke 6:12-17

"..Whosoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man
that built his house upon the Rock..
" Matthew 7:24

"I say unto you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to them that hate you.." Luke 6:27

"he that has my commands and keeps them, he it is that loves me" John 14:21
"Lord, how is it that you will reveal yourself to us and not to the world?" John 14:22
"And He answered and said; If a man loves me, he will keep my words" John 14:23-24

"Go ye into all the word and teach all nations..
teaching them to observe whatsoever I have commanded you
" Matthew 28:19-20

We see therefore that He is revealed to the world via His words, which the world has record of.

"If any man does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let that man be anathema, Oh Lord come!"
1 Corinthians 16:22

You quoted this:

"You know this is incorrect."

It just struck me you missed all I said which was:

Jesus came to save his people, Israel, from their sins, not the Gentiles, not the whole world.

The whole world and the Gentiles were only to be saved through Israel:

Isaiah 49:6 KJV - And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.

God did plan to save the Gentiles also....Jews and Gentiles would be saved, that is the whole world.

Jesus said he was sent only to Israel:

Matthew 15:24 KJV - But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Where was Paul's ministry foretold by the prophets?....it was not in Hosea:

Hosea 2:23 KJV - And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

Hosea was speaking of the believing remnant of Israel.

Romans 9:24-27 KJV -  Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

Paul was speaking of the remnant of Israel composed of believing Jew and Gentile...he was not talking about the church, the body of Christ.

1 Peter 2:10 KJV - Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Peter was speaking to the remnant of Israel that believed the gospel of the kingdom not Paul's gospel.

Yes but this would be through Israel.

Israel was to be a blessing to the world...the Gentiles would come to their light...they fell temporarily to unbelief.

Isaiah spoke of Israel being a light to the Gentiles:

Isaiah 60:3 KJV - And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

It was revealed to Paul that Gentiles (and Jews) could be saved by faith in Christ apart from the law, the covenants and Israel.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
