Not all the readers are from Christian backgrounds and not all may understand what is the meaning of divine.

Can you elaborate on what is divine and when someone is divine?

I am going to go here with “I am fairly certain we all have access to a few dictionaries and perhaps Google, but I will bite here... Jesus is divine or is God who came to earth /  us.

Not just as a man, not just as God, but as a God / man.

Ok, now I wait... Charlie

The dictionaries?

I don't think so that it is suggested that God speaks to us through the dictionaries on our times,

And it is so and can be useful to learn a lot of things about Jesus Christ.

I would like to start with what you say that it is so, and it is so.

How can we point it out from the scriptures to someone else.

This is the most important part, to verified what we say from the s scriptures, what we find in the dictionary to check it out.

So far you are doing a good job, let's go to the next task.

Please forgive me (in ALL sincerity), I am having a little difficulty understanding what you may be wanting to discuss..

Rather than take your original question about “what do I mean by “divine”, and steer this off by now questioning whether I accessed a dictionary or not, I would ask you to respond to whether my response to you about my statement that Jesus was divine (God on earth)!!!

Please address if you accept or not that response not spend time about “dictionaries”.

Again, I apologize for not understanding your thoughts at times, Charlie

Brother Charlie you just asked me the same question in the previous post and I have answer it in the affirmative.

Why repeat the same question, did you not see my answer?

***We need to work together and with scriptures.

***brother Charlie I hope you have understood that we are working together to point out the divinity of Jesus Christ, as John the disciple of Jesus Christ has done in the Gospel of John chapter one and verses 1- 18.

I have invited you to work together to show with scriptures reference, and not just with an authoritative message the divinity of Jesus Christ as we are in a discussion group if that's ok with you.

***John 1:1-18, ***

This is a lot to post it down. There is a way to do it with (red letters that when click takes the reader to the scriptures at hand).

**next scriptures **

KJV John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Mathew 3:17 KJV

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

John 1: 18

*King James Bible*
No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

But that was Jesus answer to the question of what is the greatest commandment.  How could it be an important secondary message?

The words are to love neighbor "as self".  I take that to mean we should love neighbor the same as self.  We have equal importance.

You are totally right that we must love our neighbour as self.
But your good deeds will be seen by God as filthy rags, if you are still in your own sins.

Isaiah 64:6 We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment.

I have heard someone summarize the bible in one word, "REDEMPTION".
By faith in Jesus Christ we are saved, not of any good works.
All good works without faith, without redemption are filthy rags in the eyes of God.

You can't use the bible as a restaurant menu and pick out what is according to your personal flavour. The bible is God inspired words and not a restaurant menu to pick out from. Don't create your own god to fit your own desires.

How do we know that we are hearing God's words? Because God is alive.

Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
