If you are not doing what you should be doing, or if you are doing it with the wrong heart, then you are sinning.  That is not hard to understand.

I know that's your opinion, but I am just waiting for you to back it with scripture.

No.

There are a great big list of sins if you count the 613, but there is not one about minding your own business while you eat cereal.  Now if you stab your neighbor in the eye instantly killing him while you eat cereal, that's another matter.

You dont understand the point.

Being an unbeliever is a sin. Full stop. Regardless of any other sin or not sin.

What do you call sin?

I do understand the point you are trying to make, but do you understand that there people who do believe in God, but still have rejected His gift of salvation?

Satan and demons certainly believe in God, they just don't side with Him and there are people who side with Satan, who entirely believe in God, yet prefer Satan.  I think that sad, but it's a fact.  They are called Satanists.

A sin occurs when you break God's moral laws, such as Mosaic Law.  The moment you are born, you inherit Adam's sin, which includes death.

I would just like to see some 'the meter running' scripture, please.

By 'believer in God' I mean Born Again Christian.

'unbeliever' mean the unsaved, the ones who have rejected salvation.

Yes, and to reject Salvation you must have done so until the very moment of your death.  Once you cross over into death, then you are one of the lost.  Putting the choice are even declining for a while, which is unwise, does not make automatically you one of the lost.

Oh yeah. I will give you one of the most definitive,  no wiggle room verses possible :

Romans 9: 22-23:

" What if God, willing to shew His wrath, and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had afore prepared unto glory".

Let's just give God all the glory for a change!

Is this not describing Israel from their prior covenant with God, when God didn't extend salvation to all nations?  Pretty much the rest of the world was Israel's enemy at the time?

In fact, in this same book only a few lines down doesn't it say:

Romans 9:25-26 (NLT)

25 Concerning the Gentiles, God says in the prophecy of Hosea,

“Those who were not my people,
I will now call my people.
And I will love those
whom I did not love before.”

26 And,

“Then, at the place where they were told,
‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called
‘children of the living God.’”

Now I understand God hardened Pharaoh's heart with great purpose as an enemy to His people, and God certainly can do whatever He wishes, but do you have some scripture that says Jesus will reject people who wish to be saved, who want to accept His gift of salvation or Biblical evidence that His gift was not meant for everyone who wants it?

As far as I understand it, Jesus died for us all.

Luke 18:18Then a certain ruler asked Him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 19“Why do you call Me good?” Jesus replied. “No one is good except God alone.

According to Christ, none of us are good. We are all sinners. Those of us who are saved have received the free gift of salvation. We are fortunate, not good.

That is calvinistic and makes GOD out as evil.

Also not too biblical as it is the will of GOD that all be reconciled.

Like I said, a little scripture would help.   There are people who will decline the gift of salvation, for sure. It happens all the time, sadly.  The elect chose the gift.

Do you have scripture where God said he would choose us, while choosing others for hell? Again, not negative inference, but a direct statement?

I said nothing about choosing anyone for hell.  Election is to salvation, not hell.

Everyone is, by default, a child of wrath who deserves hell; however, God has, in his mercy, chosen some out of that mass of hell-deserving humanity, for salvation.  The rest do not need to be chosen, since they will simply get justice.

Eph. 2:3 (EMTV) among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the senses, and were by nature children of wrath, as also the rest.

Rom. 11:5-8 (ESV)

5 So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.
6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.

7 What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was seeking. The elect obtained it, but the rest were hardened,
  8 as it is written,

“God gave them a spirit of stupor,
eyes that would not see
and ears that would not hear,
down to this very day.”

1 Thess. 1:4,5 (EMTV)

4 knowing, beloved brothers, your election by God.
5 For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, just as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.

2 Thess. 2:13,14 (EMTV)

13 But we are obligated to give thanks to God always for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation, through sanctification of the Spirit and belief in the truth,
14 to which He called you through our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Acts 13:48 (EMTV) ow when the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
