Thank you Yhudah, for your kind and peaceful words.

Now, back to the topic of the Feast of Tabernacles, imagine, for a moment if you will. Go back in time, back to a city full of people celebrating. This is the climax of the week long festival. The people have gathered to watch the high priest pour the water out for all the people to see. I imagine that all the attention was focused on the high priest when Jesus stood up and shouted:

If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water

(Jn. 7:37-38)

WooHoo!!! Did He wave a red flag in their face or what! He didn't cause a ripple effect here, but a tidal wave!

Blessings to all in MessiYah:

Angel4u:

Yes His law is being written on our hearts, because it applies to use. But for it to be written on our hearts we must first know the law (Yahouay absolute law). Not for salvation, because of salvation . Salvation is not the end it is the beginning

True freedom comes from impressing His absolute law and sovereignty .

Fishman :

Thank you

Abraham was also obedient to Yahweh and as you said the Holy day were established after he passed away.

Without obedience there can be no Faith. Or maybe obedience is an evidence of faith.

Yhudah:

That Jesus was not just incidently a Jew, He was fundamentally a Jew. And His indentication with the Jewish people has never ceased. They are His natural brothers. However, like Gentiles; Jewish peoples end will be destruction without Him

Verry true that is in part why the law is important it show us are need for Yah Shua the MessiYah and thank you for the warning it is not my intent to create strife but to let people know the truth about Yah Shua the MessiYah.And Yahweh Absolute standard.

Ceremonial law of Moses:

What the New Testament says:

What Sabbatarians practice:

What do you think of this??

Tithing

Prohibited: 2 Cor 9:7

Practice Jewish tithing instead of freewill offerings.

Eating Pork

Permitted: Mk 7:18-19

Bind Jewish law forbidding the eating of pork instead of allowing any food to be eaten like in the time of Abraham.

Sabbath

Abolished: Col 2:14-16

Keep the Jewish Sabbath instead of keeping the Lord's day (1st day)

I would agree with you, Yod, from a physical calendar's perspective anyway. God never changed the Sabbath DAY to Sunday, but what He did do was make the Sabbath EVERY DAY through the rest we find in Jesus.

And yes, the laws brought forth in the OT do speak volumes of truth and wisdom, the meat laws being no exception. The God who created us definitely knows what's good for our bodies to intake in order to function properly, although it isn't something believers need to do for righteousness' sake.

God bless you brothers and sisters!

Angels4u:

It has always been forbiden to eat unclean animals even in Abraham and Noah or back to the begining with Adam. science has discovered that the human body can not properly digest pork and other unclean animals. They are simple bad for use.

The Sabbath is not a "Jewish"Sabbath it is the Sabbath(day of rest) no matter how hard christianity tries to change it to "Sun" worship day.

Col 2:14-16

Is not Abolishing any thing read the next verse: it tells use the that the Yah Holy days are a shadow of what is to come. col 2:14-16 is talking about not letting the world judge(or keep you) from Yahweh appointments.

Thank you very much for all your information,

I find alot very confusing and hard to understand by how Christians these days are living compared with Bible times, I agree for 100% that all the holidays we know are pagan, I can see this more then ever, but never realized Sun-day?

I thought it said somewhere in the N.T. that the Gentile Christian would not get as many rules? I forget where seen that.

I do love Gods people very much and that's why I have asked George to make this section Messianic/Jewish.

I like to learn more about and HOW to aply that in my life,

But as Yhudah said there are so many diiferent different vieuws in this ??

Thanks guys, I can also see that the meat rules where for Israel best interest, but did God not say that He made everything clean??

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
