I am so sorry for your loss

Thank you for the kindness, dear sister. I was indeed devastated, and it took some time to process the grief, but I'm comforted by the knowledge that she is not dead... just absent from the world. :)

Right! Idk why many try to cancel out dreams when His word says He will pour out his spirit and young and old will dream dreams.

It is not such an easy thing, so I understand why some struggle with doubt in this day and age. Many have been programmed to believe that the Lord does not involve Himself in the affairs of men, distant and even silent upon His throne in heaven, and that the spiritual is a relic of the ancient past. It is not our place to convince anyone but rather, encourage those who do receive the vision, the prophecy, and the dream from the Spirit of Christ.

You are absolutely correct that what He declared in His word continues to unfold. :)

They absolutely can and do. Maybe not Christians so much. Much evil comes from the dream realm.

There is a big difference in the born again believer and the unbeliever. As born again Christians we are protected by God.

Brother, if you witness the vision and it comes to pass in the manner in which you received it, then it is most assuredly from the Lord. Years ago, I fell asleep and received a vision from the Lord. I saw the land, the livestock, and all that I had worked to build with my adopted mother; she was standing in front of me, silent and unmoving. I looked and watched the outbuildings collapse and become overgrown with weeds... the animals vanished, taken away by others... and my adopted mother was nowhere to seen. She was gone. I woke weeping and pleading with the Lord not to take away all that He had given, for her passing would devastate me the most of all.

Three months later, two days after being given an excellent bill of health by her doctors, my adopted mother was suddenly stricken and passed away. Everything in the vision came to pass just as I received it and in the moment following her last heartbeat on earth, the Lord brought the vision to my awareness so that I might understand He had been preparing me for this all along. I concluded her affairs and departed to where the Lord sent me next.

Remember the example of Daniel, who was so shaken by some visions that he was exhausted and even ill.

Thank you and i think you are right. Sorry you went through this. I also think now it was from God. Like another dream i saw my dog sam in my dream walking next to me. Then he walk to the road on the left and i on the road to the right and i watch him til he was gone. And i knew i would not see him again. Then i woke up and wonder about the dream. One week later he died. So i knew the lord prepared me. Thanks brothet.

It's not so simple.

Is not right to say that just to have peace in the born again peoples mind.

Or be born again to have peace in that matter.

We see a lot of born again Christians that are tormented in their minds.

Have you considered that?

Born again believers need to stay away from many things.

Likewise, brother. The dream from the Lord isn't always easy to cope with. We're in good company for many have gone before us.

I'll share another vision I received from the Lord a long time ago. In the vision, I found myself standing in a strange house; I looked and saw a wall mirror nearby. I moved to stand before the mirror and gazed at the reflection, only what I saw there shook me greatly: I saw an emaciated older man, and his eyes looked back at me so tired and weary. I opened my mouth and so he opened his, and this is when teeth fell out into the palm of my hand. My teeth were falling out.

15 years later, I was that man reflected the mirror of the vision. I stood before a wall mirror in the spare bedroom of my adopted mother's house during the first year of my sickness, and some of the teeth of my mouth fell out into the palm of my hand. I lost my teeth in the year leading up to my brush with the grave.

I remembered the vision and wept.

Are you talking about those who are mentally ill? The born again Christian needs to keep their mind focused on God. Every born again Christian needs to have their mind renewed by the Holy Spirit. We need God to shape our thinking. The human mind has been influenced by the world. We need to get our mind off the world and on God.

I am 67 years old and have walked solidly with the Lord for 40 of those years, born again, by the power of the Holy Spirit.  There have been 3 times I could give you an indepth account of the presence of evil awakening me from sleep.  The presence and the feelings are etched in me like yesterday.

Without going into complete details, the first time (I was not filled with the Holy Spirit but was a believer and age 19 or 20) the oppressive presence tried to smother the life out of me.  Barely able to breathe, as the weight pressed down on me, I was slowly able to move my arm and grab the cross I worn around my neck.  It left.  I was freaked out.  The second time, I was in my mid 30's and filled with the Holy Spirit.  I heard it enter the house in the darkness as door creaked and footsteps came.  I heard the bedroom door open.  I felt it standing beside my side of the bed.  I prepared for the death blow and called out the name "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus" as I reached out to touch the Bible on my nightstand.  It was gone.  The third time was about 10 years ago.  I felt the evil presence and immediately sat up straight out of sound sleep and began yelling in tongues and then rebuking it by the power and name of Jesus for coming anywhere near me .  It disappeared.  My poor husband was in a panic but we got that under control with our prayers.

These experiences are a part of who I am and are as valid as me sitting here typing this out.  I now know exactly what was happening.  I know beyond a shadow of doubt they were evil.  I know without a shadow of doubt that Jesus came to my rescue each time.  I praise him that I am able to tell you the evil one walks the face of this earth just as you and I do.  These experiences brought me closer and closer to my Lord and I tell people I know about them if the topic arises.   I would not wish for any person to experience something like these events, even an enemy.

John 10:10 (NIV)
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
