Mass genocide caused by ignorance and sheer stupidity is what I fear most.  Weather patterns change, storms die down, flood waters recede, and earthquakes eventually stop.  But the ignorance of man takes generations to change.

Who cares? Whatever it is it has a good chance of killing you so that's enough for me.

I said "tornado." I think I'm most afraid of this one because these actually happen in my area; the other ones I have no real concept of, apart from the images I've seen on TV.

Tornados strike fast and furious. They seem to come out of nowhere and they bounce around alot. Unpredictable.

I've lived through tornados so those don't worry me at all. I mean...generally you have enough warning to get to shelter, that's why deaths in them are generally low. Hurricans you have like, 3 or 4 days to get out. A tsunami however....low warning. Even if you get a warning you only have a few hours to get out of an already crowded area....if that....it's just not a good situation to be in.

You know how they know when a huricane or tornado is coming and they have plenty of warning and signs, do they have that for tsunamis? I mean, why don't they have more time to detect them?

I remember hearing about some kind of warning system but I can't remember exactly what it was. It's either not very advanced in design, not enough of them, yakes to long for the info to get back or a combination of those
