We have 5 pecan trees and they produce a ton of pecans. The wife found a new recipe a few days ago that was so so so so good. She ground up pecans in the Ninja, coated the chicken nuggets in honey, sprinkled garlic salt and then sprinkled the crushed pecan and baked it. Man--I wanna tell ya. Yup….neighbor Steve (who I get to witness to) came over this afternoon and in About 45 minutes we gathered 5 gallons. He takes them to a processor up the road and then brings us some ready to eat.
