Some translations show some bias.

We only need the books of Moses and the Red letters spoken by Jesus. I would not want to give up the Psalms because David shows His love for the law of God. No one can add to what we receive from Moses or Jesus. So I go back to look at what they said to help me understand a passage from another book in the Bible.

Numbers 12:7 "6He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, will reveal Myself to him in a vision; I will speak to him in a dream. 7But this is not so with My servant Moses; he is faithful in all My house. 8I speak with him face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD."

thinking how cool it would be to see one of His creations

There were a lot of artifacts preserved by the early church, but some of them are questionable.  We are told, in places like Egypt, a lot of artifacts are hidden in the dusty archives of museums. Maybe for the better because there are people that would seek to destroy them.

This is a catch 22 because God does NOT give us the ability to be able to determine who they are. We are told if our heart is pure, then everyone one will appear to be pure. (Titus 1:15)

Tha context of that verse means to those who are pure ( in Christ). Those who have been saved, they are pure. The verse says nothing about Christians not having the ability to see good and evil.

The Bible tells us that many false teachers are crept in unawares. They look like us and talk like us but speak things not in the bible.

None of them have hats that say " apostate" on them. Yet by their words and actions we can tell.

Numbers 12:7

This is the Lord speaking to the group He called because some of the Israelites we're questioning Moses and faulting him for marrying an Ethiopian woman. This group was saying they felt God could speak with them too.

The Lord initiates a meeting with Moses,Aaron and Miriam. This was a big deal because the Lord came down from the pillar of cloud and met them at the doorway of the Tabernacle.

This ALL only pertained to the Israelites and Moses. Since the life and death of Jesus, we all have access to the throne through Him.

Many people were raised from the dead after Calvary. So this would indicate there was a difference between those who look forward to Calvary and those who look back. Many saints appeared to many people, then we do not hear what happened to them.

Matthew 27 "52The tombs broke open, and the bodies of many saints who had fallen asleep were raised. 53 After Jesus’ resurrection, when they had come out of the tombs, they entered the holy city and appeared to many people.

It does to me. Although Matthew 7 makes this a lot more clear:  [1] Judge not, that ye be not judged. [2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

The teachings of Jesus are often multi faceted. For example, when He tells us to "do onto others" we find this teaching or a variation of this teaching in all the different religions. We are told this goes back to Abraham and perhaps all the way back to Adam.

People may seem to be oblivious to the pain, misery or suffering they cause in others. But we believe a time will come when they themselves will experience what they have caused in others. Some think that if they feel no guilt or remorse, then they are not saved persons.

There are multiple contradictions between the Gospel writers alone

There are no contradictions, and I have checked many of them, to verify that there are no contradictions in the original text.

And yet you failed to answer the question I raised.

Then you say you "verify that there are no contradictions in the original text," when you have never even seen an original text of a single book of the Bible.

These kinds of self-justifying arguments mean zip to any educated unbeliever, and only tend to sour them on the faith such believers profess. Because all such justifications lack rational credibility. Which is why I avoid them, and encourage other Christians to do likewise. They remind me of the "witness" all good Mormons spout about the infallibility of their own faith.

Of course, I have, I always look the verses up in the original language and I have studied the Hebrew language. I know how to read, translate and interpret the Bible because I have the Holy Spirit of God as my Teacher and Guide.

I'm not giving you an argument. I am simply telling you that I have studied this for hundreds of hours and I come to a different conclusion than you do. People can do with that what they want. I can ONLY give a witness and testimony to what I know is true and what I have verified for myself.

God has raised me up from the dead many times and I do not think He would have done that if he was not happy with the way I represent Him.  So whatever you believe is between you and God. I personally have NOTHING to do with that.

Of course people are always guilty of what they accuse others of. So maybe you need to remove the log from your eye before you try to help me with the splinter in mine.

You have stated that this is ‘interesting’.

Why is this interesting for you?

Proverbs 25:[2] It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
