Have you ever had some thoughts and were very certain they were coming from God? I have felt at times that this is one of the ways God guides and directs me.

In your thoughts you have:

1. Carnal mind

2. Your spirit mind that is with God.

3. Satanic thoughts that Satan gives you. 

When God speaks:

* It will never violate His nature.

* It will bring life and peace.

* It will prove to be right.

* It never contradicts God's Word.

What is a "spirit mind", and is the answer something beyond the question you are currently being asked?

The bible does not say God created the soul but that man became a Soul after God put his breath (Spirit) into man.

And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. - Gen 2:7 KJV

 The soul is mans free will to obey God (Spirit) or our Flesh. 

When man sinned, flesh became the master of his soul and the ability to follow the spirit became suppressed.

[There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ... That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. - Rom 8:1, 4-5 KJV. 

God placed his law in our spirit to obey. It is though our spirit that God communicates with us, our flesh only wants to please itself not God.  They spirit and the flesh are at war with each other. The soul can decide to follow the spirit or can follow our flesh.  Those who follow the flesh can not please God, only those who are following the Spirit can please God.

Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. - Rom 8:7-9 KJV

Great question and I agree with your 2nd post. Now if you asked me was it in my mind or spirit. Well He said it best to me through a well known preacher "I know its hard for you go to from the natural to the supernatural from a regular job into the Ministry". Also Him saying in His word my sheep know/hear my voice. Looking back.. yeah you just know. Only the times I have to question it is when I put it on a shelf. He will also always confirm his word. Hes the one that told us to test the spirits. Out of the mouth of 2 or 3.

I TRULY believe He LOVES to talk more then us and if we are following reading praying and wait on Him trying not to walk in sin then knowing that voice .. like you know your best friend or spouse or kids. HAHA ALL that to say YES!

      You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose.       You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
