Do you have an educated guess as to what happens to severely depressed people that commit suicide?

I know a lady who had Lyme disease. She was very, very sick.

It can be severe indeed. Chronic Lyme is a consequence of untreated Lyme disease, and it can be horrific in some cases (like mine was). It can lead to several comorbidities.

I was never sick a day in my life before Lyme. This was something the Lord returned after He healed me: I haven't been sick since.

You did not know that you had the tick?

It was a wilderness, MM. The closest paved road was over a mile away (it ran through the center of a tiny village of 117 people). I lived and labored out there. All it takes is one bite from an infected tick to transmit Lyme or other tick-borne diseases to a host. I don't know exactly when it happened, but I remember when it started.

I noticed peculiar rashes on my skin. I had constant headaches, insomnia, and would develop a fever out of the blue. I started feeling nauseous for long periods, but I pushed that aside because there was work to do. My adopted mother suffered from osteoporosis and so I did all of the heavy labor on her land. I didn't want her to do that work herself because she had already broken her back a few times before I came out there.

But it grew worse to the point where my clothes were too big because of weight loss. The insomnia was horrible and the nausea caused me to skip meals (she cooked for me) too often. There were times when I wouldn't eat a thing for several days. There was one thing that would make me interested in food...

Hot sauce. If she dumped hot sauce on it, I would try to eat it. I was usually able to keep it down. It had the effect of reducing the nausea.

(Now you know why I like hot sauce so much)

It grew worse the second year. Very bad. That's when my teeth started falling out.

I remember my dad would get ticks and would remove them right away.

(she had nightmares)

I had nightmares once. A pastor told me to pray the Blood of Jesus on my pillow every night as I was falling asleep. It worked and I did not have any problems after that.

You do not recomment the blood of Jesus? You must belong to one of those churchs that removed all the songs about the Blood of Jesus from their Hymn books.

Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives to the death.

Hebrews 9:14. How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works ...

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleans us from all sin.

My response to your earlier post was a two part response.

*First part asking the following: "Please give some specific details of what you did?" And I said that "I do not recommend that we should do that". And I said that before your giving the specifics about your actions...asking you to make it alive in our mind about what you did as if we were with you at the time you said that you prayed....and also we need to hear the specific words used in the prayer...

Then I will filled in the blanc(s) in my statement...

And we need more specifics about what the "Pastor" asked you to do and the prayer he asked you to pray..

* And the second part in my post was " because I do not recommend it"... I did not say all those things you are assuming I wanted perhaps to say, but I did not.

But then we can discuss those things you are interested...

You have in correctly made comments about me, you do not know me, and you are not authorized to speak about me....just assuming and this time you have assumed wrongly...way off the mark.

I want to continue and show cause why I made the statement "I do not recommend it". In my statement there is nothing against Jesus and his work on the Cross.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
