Get to it by typing snipping in the search box. Not the one in your browser, but the windows one. It will bring up an app. Select New and the scree will gray out slightly and leave a cross on the screen. There is a tiny square box at the bottom of my screen. I just tap on the box when I want to take the screen shot. Then I tap on the add files in the post and go from there.
