The day of the Lord is an expression for a time of God's judgment.

The day of Christ in 2Thessalonians2:1-2 is the period of time inclusive of when Jesus returns to this earth.

I think you drifted away from it when you said animal sacrifices will start while they are making sacrifices to Moloch.

Iran is a central nation of the Gog/Magog group, I agree.   The "Assyrian" could be referring to the leader of Iran.   Gog appears to be the leader of Russia.   The little horn may be Zelensky, too early to tell for certain.

The Assyrian is of Iraq, Syria and Jordan, the old Assyrian Empire.

The corresponds to the beast,image of the beast worship which takes place before the day of the Lord.

 

Amos 5

This corresponds to Jesus prophecy of the Jews being cast out of the kingdom of heaven when Abraham ,Isaac and Jacob recieve it .Jesus said there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
