In the news….

“The United Nations hosted a panel discussion on Tuesday in which panelists accused the state of Israel of genocide – and implicated America for its support of the country – in its ongoing war against the jihadist terrorist organization Hamas.

The panel, taking place on the sidelines of expected United Nations General Assembly discussions, was titled, “War on Gaza: the Responsibility to Prevent Genocide” and was organized by the “Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.” It convened panelists arguing that statements against Hamas by Israeli government officials and operations in urban areas in Gaza fulfilled the legal requirements of the definition of genocide.” (End quote)

UN delays vote on cease-fire resolution; Austin pushes Israel to 'protect' Gazans: Live updates

Seeking to avoid another veto by the United States, the United Nations Security Council delayed a vote to Tuesday on a resolution calling for a cessation of hostilities in Gaza to allow unhindered access to deliver humanitarian aid.

Diplomats said negotiations were in motion to get the United States to either abstain or vote in favor of the Arab-sponsored resolution, which noted civilians in Gaza have scarce access to food, water, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications, and medical services "essential for their survival," according to The Associated Press.”(end quote)

So what if the “United Nations” passes this resolution of the 10 kings of Islam?  Will they try to enforce it!

We will have to wait and see.👀

In the news….

Quote …“U.S. Fails to Veto UN Security Council Resolution on ‘Cessation of Hostilities’ in Gaza

The United States abstained from a United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution that passed 13-0 on Friday calling for “creating the conditions” for a “cessation of hostilities” in Gaza — and failing to condemn the Hamas terror organization.

As the Times of Israel noted, the U.S. ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, blasted the resolution for failing to condemn Hamas: ““Why is it so hard to condemn Hamas for slaughtering young people at a concert, for butchering families alive, for the reports of widespread sexual violence. I will never understand why some council members have remained silent in the face of such evil.”

However, the U.S. did not exercise its veto of the resolution, which will have little effect on the war in any case.

The resolution did call for the release of the remaining Israeli hostages in Gaza. It also called for an expansion of humanitarian aid.

A UN Security Council vote on the crisis in Gaza had been delayed for several days while the U.S. negotiated with other countries, notably the United Arab Emirates, to water down the resolution so that it would not demand Israel obey an immediate ceasefire.” (End quote)

Israel-Gaza war live: Israel hits back at South Africa after it launches genocide case at UN’s top court

From the article…

South Africa launches genocide case against Israel at UN's top court

South Africa said it had approached the UN’s international court of justice (ICJ) under the Geneva convention with respect to acts committed by Israel in Gaza.

In a statement, South Africa said it was ‘“gravely concerned with the plight of civilians” caught in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip “due to the indiscriminate use of force and forcible removal of inhabitants.”

It said there were “ongoing reports of international crimes, such as crimes against humanity and war crimes” being committed as well as “reports that acts meeting the threshold of genocide” in the Palestinian territory.

An application in this regard was filed before the court on 29 December 2023 in which the court is requested to declare on an urgent basis that Israel is in breach of its obligations in terms of the genocide convention, should immediately cease all acts and measures in breach of those obligations and take a number of related actions.” ( end qoute)

Things are heating up!

In the news…. “Tensions escalate as U.S. helicopters sink Houthi boats in Red Sea….

What we know

  • U.S. helicopters exchanged fire with Iran-backed Houthi crews in small boats in the Red Sea today, sinking three boats, after they received distress calls from a commercial containership. Later, Danish shipping giant Maersk announced a 48-hour pause on all transits through the Bab-el-Mandeb strait, which connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean.
  • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pushed back against international calls for a cease-fire in Gaza, saying yesterday that the war was expected to go on for “many more months.” In a televised address, he also thanked the U.S. after the Biden administration bypassed Congress for a second time to approve weapons sales to Israel. Joe Biden and the radical left are now showing their true antisemitic colors by siding with terrorists.

Old Joe just decided to withhold arms to Israel because he has caved to the demands of his base and to the demands of Islam.

Things are heating up.

May God protect Israel and all His saints around the world.

Peace

In the news….UN General Assembly Backs Palestinian Bid for Membership

From the article…

The resolution "determines that the State of Palestine ... should therefore be admitted to membership" and it "recommends that the Security Council reconsider the matter favorably."

The Palestinian push for full U.N. membership comes seven months into a war between Israel and Palestinian militants Hamas in the Gaza Strip, and as Israel is expanding settlements in the occupied West Bank, which the U.N. considers to be illegal.

"We want peace, we want freedom," Palestinian U.N. Ambassador Riyad Mansour told the assembly before the vote. "A yes vote is a vote for Palestinian existence, it is not against any state. ... It is an investment in peace."

"Voting yes is the right thing to do," he said in remarks that drew applause.

Under the founding U.N. Charter, membership is open to "peace-loving states" that accept the obligations in that document and are able and willing to carry them out.

"As long as so many of you are 'Jew-hating,' you don't really care that the Palestinians are not 'peace-loving'," U.N. Ambassador Gilad Erdan of Israel, who spoke after Mansour, told his fellow diplomats. He accused the assembly of shredding the U.N. Charter — as he used a small shredder to destroy a copy of the Charter while at the lectern.

"Shame on you," Erdan said.( end quote)

I would go even further and say Islam is not “peace loving” neither is the UN for supporting terrorists who want death to Israel and death to America.

In the news…. “Report: U.S. Withholding 'Sensitive Intelligence' on Hamas From Israel”

From the article….

The Biden administration will share key intelligence with Israel about the whereabouts of Hamas’s leadership in Gaza if Israel agrees not to go ahead with its military operation in Rafah, according to The Washington Post.

“The Biden administration, working urgently to stave off a full-scale Israeli invasion of Rafah, is offering Israel valuable assistance if it holds back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the group’s hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar with the U.S. offers,” said the report.”(end quote)

The Biden administration withholding information and withholding arms from Israel is a big shift in U.S. foreign policy concerning helping Israel to fight terrorists.

Protecting terrorists in order to please your political base is not a good idea Joe.

In the news….Christian NGO Warns: Hamas HQ Qatar Is Buying Off American Colleges

International Christian Concern(ICC) President Jeff King warned on Monday that pro-Hamas rallies are flourishing on American campuses because “there is a massive, hidden, and illegal flow of dollars being funneled to American Ivy League schools from the governments of Qatar and the Saudis.”

King said in statements emailed to the press that the curious inability of Ivy League university presidents to explain how their safe-space schools suddenly became bubbling cauldrons of anti-Semitic hatred is not difficult to explain, even though the administrations seem to have trouble articulating the reasons to Congress.

The answer is simple: What’s being taught is bought!” he contended.

King pointed to a report published by the Gatestone Institute at the beginning of 2024 called Dark Money Nightmare: How Qatar Bought the Ivy League. The report, in turn, cited data compiled by the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism & Policy (ISGAP) and the Department of Education under the Trump administration, which made a serious effort to probe foreign influence on American higher education.

ISGAP noted that at least 100 American colleges and universities “illegally withheld information on approximately $13 billion in undocumented contributions from foreign governments, many of which are authoritarian.”

Universities that secretly accepted foreign funding tended to have much higher levels of “speech intolerance” and antisemitism, creating a culture of censorship in which pro-Hamas students might easily come to believe they have the right and duty to shout down Jewish students or prevent them from attending classes.

Qatar makes it particularly easy for universities to accept large amounts of unreported funding because it launders its money through a non-profit called the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development. Although it was established by the Emir of Qatar some 30 years ago, this “not-for-profit” organization is technically “private,” so its donations can elude much of the scrutiny directed against money coming directly from foreign governments.

As of 2023, Qatar contributed more money to American universities than any other country in the world – and Qatar hosts the leadership of the murderous Hamas terrorist gang in luxurious accommodations, protecting them from the consequences of actions such as the October 7 atrocities against Israeli civilians.”(end quote)

As they say, just follow the money.

In the news…The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) shared drone footage Tuesday of terrorists in a United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) compound in Rafah, near several United Nations (UN) vehicles, including gunfire by the terrorists.

It is unclear if the terrorists were threatening the UN personnel onsite, or working with them.

However, Israel’s foreign minister, Israel Katz, said that the UN was working with the terrorists, and called on UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini to resign (as Katz has done in the past).

The IDF released a statement:

During IDF operational activity in eastern Rafah on Saturday, terrorists were identified in UNRWA’s central logistics compound alongside UN vehicles.

In the footage, a number of terrorists and gunfire can be seen near UN vehicles and in the area of UNRWA’s logistics warehouse compound in eastern Rafah, which is a central point for the distribution of aid on UNRWA’s behalf in the Gaza Strip.

Following the event, representatives of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) conveyed the findings to senior officials in the international community and called on the UN to conduct an urgent investigation into the matter.

In addition, COGAT representatives warned the UN against the presence of terrorists in the area, and the seriousness of the danger that exists in the presence of the terrorists in the logistics center compound with regard to the continued protection of the organization’s facilities.

The IDF will continue to act in accordance with international law to distribute aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip.

Israel considers UNRWA to be corrupted by links with terrorists, and says that it perpetuates the conflict by indoctrinating Palestinians to see themselves as “refugees.”(end quote)

No doubt the UNRWA is supporting Hamas terrorists.

Quote from Israel’s ambassador…

"The U.N. has in part become a terrorist entity in itself because it cooperates with Hamas and covers for it," Israel's ambassador to the U.N. Gilad Erdan told Army Radio.”(end quote)

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
