No second trial for them they yoked with Christ do the mixing (Hebrew 4:1-2) 

I have NO IDEA what other people believe or don't believe, neither what has been passed down to who or how or any of the rest of that stuff.  None of it makes sense to me.  Like I said, all I know are the words of God.  I can discuss that but don't know nor want to know anything else

The counterfeit is not supposed to make sense. It is why we search and study the original looking into the historically as one level of learning and the hidden spiritual the gospel understanding hid in parable from natural mankind

According to the loving commandment (not just a good suggestion) . . Study rightly dividing /interpreting as his way of us seeking His approval .

We learn that which must be rightly divided are parables the poetic tongue of God  which without Christ spoke not.  Some tools are needed  in order to t rightly divide the parables

The temporal and the eternal must be mixed if we are to find the gospel  (hebrews 4:1-2

We can learn how to study from thier mistakes . God called it turning thing upside down rather than inspired by God it is earthly after the father of lies  one of the many wiles of the evil one 

Isaiah 29:16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

In that way oral tradition make the word of God dead /  no one can serve two good teaching master as one Lord eternal not seen

I've always thought of rightly dividing as not ascribing to House of Judah what was written to the House of Israel, or to one and not the other when to Jacob or what was past to the future.  

Just goes to show, the Spirit leads all of us in His own ways.  Then again, with so many different gifts, in so many different areas, with so many different measures of faith, its easy to see how we all receive something a little different!  Best thing is to be thankful what we do receive and as well as appreciate what others have received
