Covid seems to be winding down. I don't hear anything on the news about it anymore. I don't go outside too often as I don't walk as easily nowadays. I go to Target to pay my bill. Also, need to take a taxi to the doctor's office for my check-up. Will see the eye doctor in March, maybe the dentist sooner. Sometimes I ride the elevator with neighbors or chat briefly with a couple of them. Anyhow I was wondering if I should get the newest booster for Covid or not. Anyone else wondering about it? Since Covid seems to be winding down?

It appeared to be fizzling out there for a while, but seems to be back. I have a strong opinion, but I will not encourage or discourage anyone from getting the jabs. Merry Christmas Debp!

I don't know anyone that has caught it that wasn't vaccinated. As far as encouraging or discouraging anyone about getting it, I just want that everyone should do their own research about it and think for themselves instead of letting others do their thinking for them.

Since Covid seems to be winding down? No. I had the original 2 without side effects because at the time I did not know what we were up against being it was so hyped up with all the news of hospitalizations, etc., plus they boasted 95% efficiency rate with the shot. But when people were getting sick again even with the boosters and masking up again, I knew this shot was not working and was crazy (the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and hoping to get a different result). It did not seem as bad of a disease that they were hyping it up about - heck, I don't even get the flu shot, so why this booster every season? It had its 3 strikes, actually more than 3 strikes. Keep your immune system healthy instead. God made a good one for us. 4 1

Since Covid seems to be winding down? Hi Debp, At this point in time I regret not getting the latest COVID and flu vaccines. I have had all up to this latest one. Plus I get the pneumoia and the flu shots early, as is scheduled. However this early fall I delayed getting the vaccines traveled instead, thinking I would get them upon return. Mistake! Whatever is out there got me, and it isn't a bit of fun. Been right at a month now and am still sick with trouble breathing, no stamina, and coughing up a lung several times a day. Spouse has it too! Don't know what it is for sure, but it ( The symptoms) is going around, across the USA and perhaps the world from what I hear read and see. My thought, - get the vaccines.

I saw one study reported -British I think or some other European source- that seemed to indicate that a second booster and more actually increased the chances of getting COVID and also a more severe case at that. But I take everything with a grain of salt now, once something becomes a political issue all sources of information are suspect. 2

No shot necessary. The medical field is still reeling as well from the good medical help let go because they didn't want the vaccine. This whole thing has been one great big flip flop. I had two vaccines because at the time I trusted the information some sources were giving. I have since then changed my opinion and have no plans to ever again get any kind of a vaccine from my government who have shown themselves to be agenda driven and not citizen driven. There's an uptick here with what seems to be the mild kind of COVID. My wife had it. I haven't caught it yet, but I pump all kinds of substances into my body because of other issues. Several of our friends had it and the winter is already beginning. To me the spread of this doesn't appear to mirror a typical seasonal flue infection. No desire to get into a discussion about the vaccine again. Just stating my reasons. I don't trust them and I won't trust any other vaccine they put out. 2 2 1

Hi Debp, my suggestion would be pray about it, which I know you have and you are, then trust God, and go with what the peace of Christ in your heart says, don’t go by any fear either way, just what gives you the most peace in your inner most being…. Be standing with you that you might get a clear read….
