Because of your own unfamiliarity with Scripture, even AFTER I shared Acts 10 and 11 which PROVES that one is baptized with the Spirit WHEN they believe.  Why haven't you addressed those passages?

No, He explained HOW to enter the kingdom, which is by being born again. iow, the criteria for entering the kingdom is to be born again.

Look in mirror.

This is a direct LIE.  Stop it.

No one needs your opinion.

You just don't know what you are talking about.

Yet, you have over and over demonstrated that you can't even understand it.

Well, there you go again; using "born again" as a noun.  There is NO SUCH THING as "a born again".  The adjective NEEDS a noun, which you  don't understand.

I proved you wrong from the account of Cornelius.  All believers ARE born again, and those who are born again are believers.  That is very clear from the NT, which you have demonstrated a stark unfamiliarity wth.

No, the arguer here is you.  Even after careful and clear explanations of Scripture, you remain STUCK to your opinions, or the false teachings that you have received.

In fact, your reactions and responses remind me of what the churches in Revelation were warned about.

Rev 2:7 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’

Rev 2:11 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who conquers will not be hurt by the second death.’

Rev 2:17 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’

Rev 2:29 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Rev 3:6 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Rev 3:13 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Rev 3:22 - He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’”

But you aren't hearing because you don't have ears that hear.  That's why you haven't been able to understand what I have posted, or what the Bible itself says.

You are only fooling (deceiving) yourself.

You have once again posted no Born Again scripture, just your spin on what you believe that scripture to be saying.

Jesus is the one who has proved you wrong on how we become Born Again..

hearing im afraid has nothing to do with becoming Born Again of imperishable seed..which you still haven’t explained.

Sorry, it looks like you lead yourself through scripture ....

What also is  a  carnal mind?

please explain what it is?

and try not to google the answer.as I will be questioning you on what it means.

How can you believe in God without God given Faith, which is a manifestation of the Spirit?

It would be impossible....

Faith is NOT a gift.  Salvation and eternal life are the gifts.  Faith comes from man's heart, or consciousness, where he determines right from wrong.  Rom 2:14,15

Eph 2:8 teaches that salvation is the gift, not faith.  Match the genders.  Faith is feminine, while "saved" and "it is a gift" are masculine.  So the gift is NOT faith.

Jesus has proved you wrong, because he told Nicodemus how we become Born Again.

you post Gods word out of context..it’s Born Again and saved from eternal damnation....you are way out of context..you just post random quotes of scripture.and then put your own spin on it.

Lisa, even that last post is personal " proves you wrong". I approved it. Just sayin'

You could say, " This is why I think it's wrong" instead.

The way I look at it, we aren't out to prove who is or isn't wrong or right. We want the truth. Don't hit me ok :)

@FreeGrace I love you brother, but I have to say something here. Responding kind for kind is easy to do but not the best way. Remember if we don't have LOVE we have nothing.

I already refuted your opinion, from Eph 2:8.  In the Greek, genders that match go together.  The words "saved" and "It is from God" are masculine gender, while "faith" is feminine gender.  So faith isn't the gift.  Salvation is the gift.

But you don't have to believe it.  Many don't believe what God's word says.  And I'm not one of them.

So show me any verse that speaks of this "God given faith" that you speak of.

But I'll save you some time.  There aren't any verses.

And I'll share some verses that prove that man IS able to seek God.  First, I shared Acts 10 and 11 where Cornelius and family/friends were seeking God, so God sent Peter  to "tell them how to be saved" (11:17).

Heb 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

It is clear from this verse that faith pleases God AND that people DO believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him.

I'm trying to help you become more familiar with Scripture.

I have a question.  When sharing a verse that clearly states the opposite of what the other poster has posted, and they just ignore it and continue in their thinking and make false statements, personal and not, it seems like just putting them on 'ignore' is like giving up and allowing false teaching to continue.

Thanks.

The whole I'm right, you're wrong thing never works unless the delivery is different IMO.

What I find to be true many times is there is a different understanding of terms which leads others to come to different conclusions. Not necessarily a misunderstanding of the concepts behind it.

Which is easier pushing or leading?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
